You enter the house through the front door, which leads directly into the open kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities. Here you will find an induction cooker, a dishwasher, a kettle, a combi microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.
Via the dining area, which is suitable for 4 people, you enter the living room. This is furnished with love and taste and is suitable for cosy evenings watching TV, reading a good book or just spending an evening together.
Through the garden door you reach the terrace, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors or enjoy the sun together.
On the ground floor you will also find the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal free of charge.
The stairs in the living room lead to the first floor, where there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with separate duvets, the children's bedroom has 2 single beds. Of course, a cot is available free of charge. The beds are made on arrival and there is a towel pack for you. There is also a second toilet on the first floor.
You can park your car on the property, a charging station is available and the house is a non-smoking house.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
