Charming Villa Arta is an accommodation for especially large groups and students looking for a villa near the sea. The exceptionally good location of the villa is to your advantage, as no car will be necessary to get to the lively tourist town of Medulin with its countless restaurants, beach bars and beaches, as it is only 900 metres away.
On the ground floor there is a modern living area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a private bathroom. The house's own sauna with shower is also located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are another 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, another living room with sofa bed and a playroom with Play Station 4, a pool table and a dart machine. On the 2nd floor there are 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful sea view from the terrace.
The fully air-conditioned villa is for exclusive use and can accommodate up to 22 people. The outdoor area offers a fantastic 70 square metre swimming pool, a heated whirlpool, lounge beds, garden furniture, sun protection, a covered dining terrace and a summer kitchen with barbecue. The villa is completely enclosed and has private parking.
