From our comfortable holiday flat 3 Sola Bona in the Schifferhaus you can reach the beach passage 17 (until 2021 beach passage 8) with its 18 km long sandy beach after only approx. 600 m on foot, the centre and the harbour after approx. 500 m and the spa centre after only approx. 200 m. Our flat offers an ideal starting point for your spa holiday in Zingst. The house is close to the centre on a cul-de-sac / cul-de-sac of Lindenstr. (30) in Zingst. Restaurant, bakery and supermarket are only 50 - 200 metres away. Our ground floor flat 3 has insect screens and a spacious south-east facing terrace. Our holiday flat in the Schifferhaus offers a generous 55 m² of space for 2 people.
When furnishing the flat, we attached great importance to high-quality and comfortable furnishings and equipment, just like in holiday apartment 1 in the Villa Sola Bona. The bedroom in apartment 3 in the Schifferhaus is also equipped with high-quality Driftmeier hotel furniture from the Amato series in comfort height and extra length (220x180) and with high-quality 7-zone slatted frames and cold foam mattresses, making it a special highlight for people with extra length and senior citizens. A 32-inch LCD TV and DSL Lan are also available in the bedroom.
Not only will you find almost the same furnishings and equipment in the bedroom as in apartment 1 in Villa Sola Bona, but we have also deliberately used the tried and tested furniture and furnishing experience from the flat in Villa Sola Bona for the bathroom, kitchen and living room design in the new apartment 3 Sola Bona in the Schifferhaus. The bathroom and the furnishings are almost identical to the bathroom in apartment 1 in Villa Sola Bona, a large walk-in shower, underfloor heating, bidet, washbasin with vanity unit and shelf, higher and therefore also senior-friendly sanitary facilities, with the only difference that an all-glass shower partition has been used in this flat and there is also a bathroom radio.
Our flat in the Schifferhaus also has DSL (W)Lan Internet access, an Internet radio, a hi-fi system with CD and DAB+, a DVD player, a telephone (for incoming calls only) and a 42-inch LED Smart SAT/HD TV in the living area. The holiday flat corresponds to a 4-star certification and bed linen and towel starter sets are included in the final cleaning service package, the bed linen is already made up on arrival.
When planning the kitchen and living area for both flats, we used the same high-quality and proven kitchen programme from Sachsenküchen and deliberately chose similarities in appearance in order to offer you a recognition value and a certain familiarity. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, with a microwave, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and many small electrical appliances.
A parking space in front of the house and a flat shed with storage space for your bicycles are of course included in the rental as well as high-quality garden furniture.
The similarities between the two flats are not only deliberate in terms of the high-quality furnishings, we have also used the Latin words Sola Bona - free translation only the best or the only good - in the names of our holiday flats.

Zingst is a charming Baltic seaside resort on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula in Germany.
The Schifferhaus Zingst is situated in a quiet yet central location in a traffic-calmed area. The town centre is only 500 m away and the 18 km long sandy beach, beach crossing 17, is only 700 m away. The bakery and supermarket are approx. 300 m away, the nearest restaurant approx. 100 m. Only about 15 minutes walk to the sports beach with the possibility of kiting & surfing. The harbour and Bodden are only about 5 minutes away. The nearby Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park invites you to go on extensive cycling tours and crane watching.

We have been renting out high-quality furnished ground floor holiday flats in Zingst since 2009. We have equipped our flats with extra-long double beds (180x220) with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses and have already been able to provide many holidaymakers, especially the "long ones", with a special holiday highlight. We also enjoy being in Zingst ourselves and the flats should offer everything so that we as well as our guests feel comfortable there.
