The Villa Sola Bona is located in the second row in a cul-de-sac of Birkenstr. (5g), a traffic-calmed area in Zingst, only about 150 metres from the beach crossing 16 (until 2021 beach crossing 7) and thus offers the best conditions for a successful beach holiday. The Zingst spa facilities, the spa centre, physiotherapy practices and the Wellness Camp Düne 6 are only a short distance from our flat. Our flat is therefore also an ideal starting point for your spa holiday in Zingst.
Our ground floor flat 1 has roller shutters, insect screens and a very spacious south-west facing terrace in an approx. 145 m² garden. Our flat in the Villa Sola Bona offers our guests 53 m² of space for 2 people and plenty of peace and relaxation.
When furnishing the flat, we attached great importance to high-quality and comfortable furnishings and equipment. The bedroom in apartment 1 in Villa Sola Bona is equipped with high-quality Driftmeier hotel furniture from the Amato series in comfort height and extra length (220x180) and with high-quality 7-zone slatted frames and cold foam mattresses, making it a special highlight for people with extra length and senior citizens. A 32-inch LCD TV, a small desk and DSL Lan/WLAN are also available in the bedroom.
You will not only find almost the same furnishings and equipment in the bedroom as in the apartment 3 Sola Bona in the Schifferhaus, but also similarities in the bathroom, kitchen and living room design. The bathroom and sanitary facilities in holiday apartment 1 in Villa Sola Bona are equipped with a large walk-in shower, underfloor heating, bidet, washbasin with vanity unit and shelf, with higher, and therefore also senior-friendly, sanitary elements.
In our flat in the Villa Sola Bona you have DSL (W)Lan internet access, a HiFi system with CD and DAB+, a DVD player and a 42-inch LED Smart TV in the living area at your disposal. The holiday flat corresponds to a 4-star certification and bed linen and towel starter sets are included in the final cleaning service package and the bed linen is already made up on arrival.
When planning the kitchen and living area for both flats, we used the same high-quality and proven kitchen programme from Sachsenküchen and deliberately chose similarities in appearance in order to offer you a recognition value and a certain familiarity. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, with a microwave, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer and many small electrical appliances.
A parking space in front of the house and a shed belonging to the flat, as well as a well thought-out storage facility for your bicycles (with concrete-covered lockers), are of course included in the rental as well as high-quality garden furniture.
The similarities between the two flats are not only deliberate in terms of the high-quality furnishings, we have also used the Latin words Sola Bona - free translation only the best or the only good - in the names of our holiday flats.

Zingst is a charming Baltic seaside resort on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula in Germany.
The house Villa Sola Bona is situated in a quiet yet central location at the end of a cul-de-sac in a traffic-calmed area. The town centre is only 1½ km away and the 18 km long sandy beach, beach crossing 16, is only 150 m away. The bakery and supermarket are approx. 800 m away, the nearest restaurant approx. 150 m away. The sports beach with the possibility of kiting and surfing is only a 5-minute walk away. The nearby national park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft invites you to extensive cycling tours and crane watching.

Another charging station is located at the Experimentarium Seestr. 76.

We have been renting out high-quality furnished ground floor holiday flats in Zingst since 2009. We have equipped our flats with extra-long double beds (180x220) with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses and have already been able to provide many holidaymakers, especially the "long ones", with a special holiday highlight. We also enjoy being in Zingst ourselves and the flats should offer everything so that we as well as our guests feel comfortable there. Our loyal regular guests regularly report a high level of satisfaction, which motivates us to continue on this path.
