Beautiful, lovingly furnished villa in the upmarket Sa Torre neighbourhood of Cala Santanyi.
The house stands on a secluded plot of around 640 square metres and offers around 180 square metres of living space on 2 floors plus spacious terraces with sea views (except from the ground floor).
It has space for 6 people and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest WC. The bedrooms are distributed over both floors, which would be perfect for 2 small families or 3 generations. On the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the adjoining living room (also with air conditioning) or in winter with a cosy flair for a cosy evening by the fireplace. The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
Outside, there is a large covered terrace on the ground floor with a dining area and cosy lounge area. The large pool (4 x 10 metres) has plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor shower as well as a barbecue for all gas barbecue fans. There are fantastic sea views from the first floor and the top floor, where you can round off the evening with a cosy glass of wine.

The beautiful natural beach of Cala Santanyi is just 6 minutes away and Cala Llombards, Calo des Moro and Calas Mondrago and S'Amarador are just 10 minutes away by car. Between Santanyi and Cala D'Or you will find the most and most beautiful bays in the south-east of the island, ideal for beach lovers, families, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Cala Santanyi has a small supermarket, bike hire and various restaurants. Santanyi itself offers various supermarkets, restaurants, bars - some with live music -, boutiques and the twice-weekly weekly market, which always invites you to linger.
