Description
Each residential unit is laid out separately and has its own entrance and individual furnishings. Divide up as you wish, retreat or meet up for breakfast together on one of the three terraces. Your holiday will be a highlight here!
The living room in the first unit is flooded with bright, natural light thanks to the many large windows. A cosy leather sofa and a sideboard with a flat-screen TV are part of the room, as well as the kitchenette and a dining table with seating. The sofa serves as an additional sleeping option, ideally for a child. In the kitchen you will find relevant kitchen appliances such as a ceramic hob with four hotplates, an oven, dishwasher and fridge. Household appliances such as a high-quality filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave are also included. From the living area you can access the terrace belonging to the flat. The bedroom is harmoniously furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 metres), bedside tables, TV and wardrobe. The spacious bathroom has a WC, washbasin with mirror cabinet, a corner bath and a walk-in shower.
The second flat within the unit is a smaller one-room flat, which is decorated in warm, Mediterranean colours. Cleverly arranged, the living room has an upholstered suite consisting of a two-seater and two armchairs, a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV and a radio. There is also a kitchenette with an integrated table. Appliances such as an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are included. In the same room, yet clearly separated, you will find a double bed and bedside tables as well as a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, washbasin and shower and has a window. The terrace is located directly in front of the entrance door.
In the third flat, you will find a skilful interplay of modern furnishings and stylishly staged rustic country house details. The living area has a leather sofa bed, a sideboard, a TV and a kitchenette with dining table. One guest can sleep on the comfortable sofa. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a charming sliding door. Behind it, you will find a comfortable box-spring bed, a coat rack and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. An additional TV also provides viewing pleasure from the bed. An exposed ceiling beam is an eye-catching feature that adds to the cosiness and provides pleasant light in addition to the skylight. The kitchen has a four-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The modern daylight bathroom with washbasin, WC and walk-in rain shower rounds off your stay.
Up to two pets are welcome guests. Please register them in advance. Sufficient parking space for your car is available in the courtyard. WLAN is free of charge. A lockable bicycle room is available for bicycles you bring with you.

In just a few minutes by car, you can be in the imperial spas to enjoy the Baltic Sea.
