Description
We rent out a small, cosy holiday flat all year round in Stoben on Usedom for 2 - 3 people.
As you can see on the pictures, there is a separate bedroom for 2 persons, in the living area an extra bed is possible by extending the sofa. There is also a kitchenette and a living and dining area. The bathroom was renovated in May 2020
The holiday flat is located directly at the Schmollensee, where you can relax wonderfully. A rowing boat is available and can be used free of charge. The lake offers bathing and fishing opportunities at the same time. Fishing permits are available from the fisherman in Neu Sallenthin.
The lakeside resorts can also be reached by bicycle. You can rent bicycles in the neighbouring village of Benz.

Our holiday flat is located on the sunny island of Usedom, in the quiet village of Stoben directly on the Schmollensee lake with direct lake access. The holiday flat is located in a detached house with a separate entrance.

| A visitor's tax is not charged for Stoben. A visitor's tax is only charged in the seaside resorts along the Baltic coast of Usedom and varies depending on the seaside resort and season (between €1.00 and €3.00 per day). |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Very, very beautiful holiday apartment in a fantastic location on Lake Schmollensee on Usedom. Top equipped, well-maintained, and clean. The landlords are extremely friendly and really take great care of their guests with love. Bringing a small dog was also not a problem. The imperial baths on Usedom are quickly and easily accessible from the holiday apartment. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back soon...

Fam.M.M.Lukianow from Düsseldorf- from 1.7.21 we were here for 10 days,the first impression super nice hosts,small but cozy apartment-one has here everything that belongs to the flat thereby all electrical appliances and what was offered here-was all there.10 10 days of holiday peace and quiet - that's what our holiday must look like, direct access to the water (Schmollensee fishing possibility), this peace and quiet was fantastic! Whoever is looking for a relaxing, quiet holiday is 100% right here.In addition, lots of excursion possibilities - the whole island of Usedom, and 18 km distance to Poland (former border Schwinemönde/Poland) - you don't necessarily need Polish there because you only hear German language - and there you can shop cheaply - from cigarettes to petrol (95 octane SB cost the equivalent of €1.20) - we had a fantastic holiday with this host and we are of the opinion that we would like to holiday there in the future - that's how a holiday should look!

It was a great vacation. Accommodation as described, very nice landlords. We were out with our bikes, everything is easily reachable via cycling paths. Thanks to the landlords for the lovely vacation.

Vacation for anyone seeking relaxation.
We were completely satisfied with the vacation rental. The landlords are nice and friendly, and even our small dog felt comfortable on the huge green property. For those who enjoy fishing, there is also the opportunity to catch eel, pikeperch, and more. Big catches can also be smoked right away. In addition to cozy seating areas on the property, you can also relax by taking a walk in the forest. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We slept heavenly! Only the toilet was a bit cramped. We were so satisfied all around that we would like to thank our landlords once again very warmly for the wonderful holiday week. We would love to spend our vacation here again.
