Description
Our beach house at the bathing lake with its 130 sqm living space and 400 sqm enclosed property offers all the prerequisites for a pleasant holiday. there is enough room for 6 people in the house. A cot and a sofa bed, e.g. for a child in the master bedroom, are also available. Two of the three bedrooms in the basement are approx. 23 sqm and pleasantly cool in summer. The open living area with conservatory and its almost 50 sqm is flooded with light and offers direct views of the sun terrace and the lake. A conservatory, a log cabin, a terrace at the house with dining table, a cosy "philosophers' corner", sun loungers with cushions and the wooden terrace with lounge sofa provide sufficient retreat possibilities. There is parking space for up to 3 cars on the property.
The two large double bedrooms are located in the basement. One bedroom has an additional TV. The third bedroom is on the upper floor and also has a TV. There is also the large bath with tub and a WC. On the ground floor is the shower room with washing machine, a separate WC and the open-plan living area. In the open living area of the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and many el. small appliances as well as the spacious living room with conservatory. A flat screen HD-TV. The house has an internet connection with WLAN, which can be used free of charge.
In the holiday home we offer our guests a variety of inclusive services. In addition to electricity, water and heating, the first supply of bed linen and towels is also included in the price, as is the use of the internet and telephone calls to German landlines. With us, you can start your holiday right away, because we have already made up the beds for you in the holiday home. An initial supply of kitchen and bathroom articles is of course available as well as a baby cot with bed linen, a high chair and a changing mat.

Here with us in Tannenhausen you also sit in the front row, because the sun terrace is only a stone's throw away from the bathing beach. Approx. 25 minutes from the dyke, the large, detached holiday home is located directly on the bathing lake with a white sandy beach
Whether swimming, diving, fishing, pedal boat or rowing boat, stand up paddling, the bathing lake of Tannenhausen offers a variety of alternatives without high and low tide. Large sunbathing areas, shower and changing facilities, a beach volleyball court, bicycle rental and snack facilities round off the offer. The wakeboard facility for beginners and experts is a popular place to go, especially for the younger crowd. The beach bar attracts more than just boarders. Sitting comfortably in a wicker beach chair, having a bite to eat and enjoying the wide selection of drinks to the sound of holiday music also appeals to many other guests. Live concerts are often held in the high season.
There is also a small dog beach for guests with dogs. Safety is a top priority at the bathing lake, which is supervised by the DLRG. The Tannenhausen recreation area with its large bathing lake is 6 km north of the centre of Aurich and about 25 km from the North Sea coast. Aurich attracts many North Sea holidaymakers every day for shopping and strolling. A visit to the castle, a boat trip on the canal, taking the kids to Germany's largest skate hall, a visit to the climbing forest, climbing/bolder hall, a great adventure pool or something from the extensive cultural programme, Aurich has flair and more.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, the "Kleine Mücke" equestrian centre with indoor and outdoor riding arena, a squash and fitness centre, the bathing lake and endless hiking and cycling trails offer plenty of relaxation as well as variety.

Surroundings
The East Frisian inland offers interesting opportunities for day trips. A visit to the Meier shipyard in Papenburg is something unforgettable, and not just for technology freaks. If you are lucky, you might see a cruise ship on its way to the sea or to the shipyard. Emden and Leer are also worth a trip, as are a variety of local museums and events. It takes just 25-30 minutes to get to the coastal towns and ferry connections to the North Sea islands, or about 1 hour by bike to Dornumersiel. The bicycle network inland and on the water (canal and bicycle) offers a lot of variety.

1 week of relaxation directly at the bathing lake
My parents and I spent a week together with our Labradoodle dog in this wonderful holiday home. Our dog had a lot of fun in the big garden and the dog beach at the lake is just wonderful. We really enjoyed the view of the lake directly from the terrace and hope to come back soon!
The landlords are very friendly and helpful!

Always happy to do it again!!!
We have already been to "Seeblick Tannenhausen" for the third time this year and will book again in 2021. Very well-equipped holiday home in a prime location with a beautiful view of the lake. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. You can tell that the owners themselves vacation there and know the guests' wishes. It is easy to spend a holiday with friends here, as there are 2 bathrooms on different floors. The two bedrooms in the basement are large, and you sleep very well there even at high outside temperatures because it remains pleasantly cool. The dog beach with fine white sand is within a 5-minute walk. Extended walks starting from the holiday home are also possible if you don't want to get in the car. There are many varied excursion destinations in the area, so we can still discover something new. We (including the furry one) feel very comfortable there and can highly recommend the vacation home.
The contact with the landlords has always been great.

Toller Urlaub
"Ferienhaus Seeblick" in Tannenhausen is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location by a gorgeous bathing lake. The house is lovingly furnished, equipped with everything one needs. It is impeccably clean, and the landlords are extremely nice and very pleasant. The facilities are of a high standard and leave nothing to be desired. A bottle of wine and sweets were placed on the table as a welcome greeting. The garden around the house is well-maintained, the property is fenced, and space for 3 cars to park. Beautiful beach bar, beach club, wakeboard facility, restaurant, etc. by the lake. Highly recommended, we will come back for the 3rd time. Reiner from Pfalz (August 30, 2020 - September 13, 2020).

Beautiful lake vacation
Great location by the bathing lake, large house, garden with barbecue and beach chair. The bathing lake is simply fantastic, especially for toddlers, lots of sand to play in, water, and a unique playground. Cafe, restaurant, and beach bar with occasional live music. Many trips to the North Sea are possible in about 30 minutes, and the islands are also quickly reachable. We liked it so much that we booked again.
