modern fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine,

Comfortable bathroom with shower, WC and high-quality washing machine,
Living room with country-style furnishings, cosy seating area and separate dining table for five people (+children's chair),
fully tiled
South-facing terrace with garden furniture and garden shed (e.g. for storing valuable bicycles).
Please bring your own bed linen and towels/dishtowels. Beds standard size 90x200.
In contrast to all-inclusive offers, we have decided to charge the actual individual additional costs for each guest/family (meter readings arrival/departure). We think this is fairer and more transparent than, for example, charging summer guests the heating costs of winter guests in a total calculation
of the winter guests.
The house is always rented without surcharges for additional guests. Here, too, we would like to accommodate families in particular by offering
Offering ONE house/night and not counting occupied berths.
Should you need to accommodate a larger number of guests in individual cases (family celebrations or meetings, fitters, etc.), please do not hesitate to contact us
Up to 20 people may be possible.
Pets are not allowed!
