Very nice, relaxed vacation

Beautiful vacation home by the forest for extensive walks. Enclosed property for dog owners. Very nice landlords. We had forgotten a wallet in the house and only noticed it at home. The landlord and the cleaning staff took care of having it sent to us, for which we are very grateful. Pia Elsässer.

Peaceful rest

A very nice accommodation and surroundings. We had snow, and it was very quiet at that time. The large windows provided a great view, unless it was foggy.

Pure relaxation

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you
The cottage is really beautiful and you immediately feel at home. The fireplace and sauna make it really cosy
Our dog could also run around in the fenced garden and we all felt welcome, thanks to the nice welcome in the form of a bottle of wine and even some dog biscuits

Great holiday home in the Sauerland

We went on a short trip to Sauerland and everything was perfect with this super nice holiday home. Our dog felt very comfortable and after long walks directly from the house, we could relax in the sauna. Thank you to the lovely landlords, everything was lovingly prepared.

Snowy romance with sauna and fireplace

The house is located directly at the forest, so that hiking can start immediately. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants in Bestwig and Olsberg are within easy reach by car, as are the ski resorts of Willingen and Winterberg. We were lucky: the first night there was snow, which stayed because of the altitude of the house. After hiking, it was wonderful to go to the sauna (simple, but ok) and then to the big sofa with a view of the burning fireplace and through the huge windows into the nature. If only the red armchairs were on a pedestal so that you could enjoy the expanse of the window view even better, that would be perfect too. The only thing we were missing was a kitchen oven - the microwave's oven function wasn't really any good. Otherwise, the kitchen is well equipped, and we also liked the 60s style of the furniture in the house. All in all, a nice holiday home where we enjoyed our short holiday very much. Many thanks again to the two friendly, uncomplicated landlords!

Peace and relaxation pure

We stayed in the house for 4 days and really enjoyed the peace and quiet there. We didn't lack anything, on the contrary: the space and different areas in the house were very generous. Everything was well-equipped and well thought out.
The forest begins right behind the house, there is a lot to do in the area. Afterwards, relax in the Finnish sauna or in front of the fireplace on the cozy sofa. In the summer, the two terraces are also very nice.
Very clean, very kind contact with the owners. Upon arrival, we met the cleaning staff, who were very friendly and genuinely interested in our feedback. Ideal for short trips and longer stays.

Well-being atmosphere

We had 3 beautiful days, even with snowfall! The house is beautifully located and with the surrounding fence, there is no need to worry about the dog wandering off. Communication with the owners was super nice and uncomplicated, we will definitely come here again.

Wonderful holiday home !!!

We stayed for the second time in this beautiful holiday home and were once again more than satisfied!!!
The house is very cosy, furnished with a lot of love.
Our dog was warmly welcomed and had a bag of delicious dog biscuits as a welcome in the house. He had a lot of fun in the beautiful fenced garden. The super location of the house allows you to enjoy an unbelievably beautiful view even while drinking coffee!
Several hiking trails are within walking distance and after the hike you can look forward to the house, which has a beautiful fireplace :)
We thank you for letting us stay here and are already planning our next stay in your beautiful house!

Relax and take a deep breath.

Actually, I don't really want to write a review so that this wonderful place remains a hidden gem. We felt very comfortable in the stylishly furnished, very clean house with the warming fireplace, great view, and relaxing sauna. Our dog Lasse claimed the fenced garden as his own, enjoyed lying outside under the covered terrace, and occasionally startled squirrels that came very close to the house. In the morning, the first coffee in the beautiful red armchairs overlooking the misty valley...directly from the house into the forest and onto the Dörnberg. After the hike, relax in the sauna, prepare a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen, and then enjoy the glow of the fire in the fireplace. Pure relaxation for humans and animals! We have already booked for next year! Thanks to the landlords for the uncomplicated email correspondence.

Toller Urlaub

The landlords are very nice and uncomplicated. The house is well-equipped and very cozy. Small attentions made our stay very pleasant. As a welcome gift, we received a bottle of wine and some treats for our dog. Soap and bath mats are provided in the bathrooms. We were also allowed to use wood for the fireplace. The location is simply great if you are looking for peace and relaxation, enjoy walking, and want to appreciate nature.

A feel-good house for everyone

We were 4. due to a business training at the holiday home. We were completely satisfied. The house is very nicely furnished, everything was clean and tidy. You feel comfortable right away. We really enjoyed the sauna and the view is a dream. For hiking and longer walks, it is a great location as you are in the forest within 5 minutes. You hear the birds all day and there is a wonderful peace. You can really relax well. Shopping facilities are also not far away. Communication with the landlords was very friendly and we will gladly come back. It is certainly also very beautiful in winter when it has snowed. We highly recommend the house.

Idylle und Ruhe pur

The location is simply fantastic. Peace, nature, and idyllic surroundings. Using the on-site sauna after hiking is simply priceless. The contact with the landlords was always super friendly and very helpful. They responded very quickly if there was a question. A very nice contact. No hidden costs. Dogs are very welcome - a dream house, property, and location for everyone (both two-legged and four-legged). The furnishings are a bit outdated in parts, but that didn't bother us because everything you need is there, and the sauna and location simply top everything =) We felt very comfortable and will come back =)

Entspannung Pur

We (2 adults, 1 child, and a dog) stayed at the beautifully located holiday house over Easter. We almost lacked nothing. The location and the view are very good. The equipment of the house leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. Contact with the landlord is smooth and pleasant. We would gladly come back.
