Villa La Casetta Molindrio is located in the immediate vicinity of the Blue and Green Lagoons of Poreč. This ground floor villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 guests. Don't want to go on holiday without your pet? No worries, this villa is pet friendly.
The villa is 73m² and consists of a practical kitchen, a lounge with SAT TV and a dining area with 4 seats. The kitchen opens up to the outdoor covered terrace with lounge and barbecue area. The flow of this space makes it ideal for spending time with family and preparing meals together. The interior of the villa is enriched with industrial style elements in black that complement the warmth of the wood. The room is air conditioned and underfloor heating is available for colder days.
The ground floor also has 2 bedrooms with the same architectonic detailing as the rest of the house. The master bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom, which can be used as a children's room, has a single bed. If there are more guests, there is an extra bed for 1 person (80x200). Both rooms are decorated in soothing neutral colors and both have access to the yard. The villa has a bathroom with shower, and is equipped with toiletries.
La Casetta Molindrio has a beautiful 550 m² green garden. A 23m² outdoor pool provides refreshment on hot summer days, and there are 4 deckchairs for sunbathing in the afternoon. Many trees provide natural shade, making the garden a safe place to play. In the evenings, you can relax and enjoy a drink in a cozy atmosphere created by the string lights.
This welcoming and modernly furnished villa is situated in an ideal location, in close proximity to all the necessary amenities. The center of Poreč is less than a 10-minute drive away, and the nearest beach is only a 5-minute drive away. If you are looking for a more active holiday and want to stay in shape, the Green and Blue Lagoons are close to the accommodation. You can explore them on foot, by bike or rollerblading. If you're travelling with children, don't miss a visit to one of the nearby water parks, and round off the evening with a stroll along the Poreč waterfront.
