Description

The approx. 50 square metre chalet has modern, bright furnishings and two bedrooms. One with a futon bed, the other with 2 single beds. A modern shower room is located in the centre of the two bedrooms. The open-plan, cosy living/kitchen/dining area has been designed at the front. The small kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The living area offers a flat screen TV with satellite system and radio as well as fast W-LAN (fibre optic 300 Mb). All windows have mosquito screens. There is an air conditioning inverter in the living area for summer and winter operation. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. In the outdoor area there is a wooden dining set with parasol, a charcoal grill, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 sun loungers and 2 sun chairs. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided by the owner.
