A very nice stay in a beautiful house. It is really a spacious apartment, enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. We thoroughly enjoyed skiing, the peace, the space, and the beautiful view.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our family ski vacation, spacious enough for the four of us, and the kids loved the sofa bed in the living room. The location is perfect for skiing, with the beginner slope just a short walk away. The local dining options were also great, especially Waidachhof just around the corner.

This holiday home is great! Very clean, hygienic, great facilities and a breathtaking view. (even lying out of bed!) Toppen do this only the landlord, who could not be friendlier. Uncomplicated, super nice and always there for us, if you have questions or requests. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the mountains in a quiet atmosphere. Great location, finding the right way was a challenge. No navigation (audi, apple maps, sjukic) was the right way to find. Apartment very clean, gives a winter feeling, although there is no snow) Owners very friendly, unfortunately no english speak, but with coal-german it is good to communicate. WiFi was initially a challenge (worked more often or not), eventually connecting with the owner's help. Then the same trick every day. The bathroom is fully equipped and large. The bedroom and living room have fantastic views and it is wonderful to wake up to that view. The surrounding area (Kaprum, Zell am See) has everything you need for restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Use of car is necessary, but it should also be possible on the bike.

The owners are friendly and live in the upstairs house and are easily approachable for questions.
The house is located above the village of Walchen. From the spacious private outdoor terrace you have a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains.

The holiday home is located on the lower floor of the landlord's home and is wonderful. Lots of privacy, a beautiful view, spacious and fully equipped. Also it is very clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and it was possible for us to check in earlier. The area is beautiful with a lot of beautiful nature where you can take good walks.

The accommodation was great. Only for people with small children and parents this is less suitable. Due to the inner wheel that has no handrail. And the concrete outside staircase. The owners were very attentive and the house met more than our expectations. The view is beautiful. We will definitely go back again.

The first time it takes a while to reach the building; the last part of the route is not indicated. We were warmly received on Christmas Eve with a glass of Austrian wine and delicious homemade cookies. We felt right at home! The apartment where we stayed was very neat and tidy. We stayed with 4 people. It is quite cozy and warm. It was very nice to spend the Christmas holidays in the mountains. Our kids slept in the living room where there was a kitchen. The sofa bed is a bit too small for two people. Fortunately we had with a field cot. Everything else is present, there is certainly plenty of bed linen and towels! The setting is stunning ...... when you wake up is so beautiful to look at the beautiful mountains .... every day we had different views ..... pictures to remember. The property is also situated very well to make beautiful excursions, both in winter and perhaps even more in the summer. For some winter hikes were not recommended by ice or snow.

From the house you do have a nice view of the valley and mountains. However, the house is cold stone floor and it smells slightly musty / damp. Especially in the bathroom anywhere is spocht. Cause the house is built into the mountain and to the rear of the building barely sun. The house was not really clean, or at least failed much cobwebs in bedroom at our standards of hygiene. The living / kitchen part was ok, although the bank was for shit .... if you're often on the road, it's a nice house to sleep and eat, but also provides us feel sufficient comfort. Positively the house is spacious and has a space where you - especially in wet weather - rain gear and shoes can hang and drop beautiful.

It was the warmest reception by the owners. I spent years and years on skiing but I have not been to as "n spacious apartment as" n been great views! We have a nice skivakantieweek sit on and it was also nice to come home again where you have all the space and quiet to come back. The cottage is modern in character, cozy and fully equipped. The distance to Kaprum or Zell am Zee is about 10 minutes drive to do well. The owners respect your privacy but we also have good conversations with each other. My daughters woke up in a room with a great view at home where they only dream of. Highly recommend!

The apartment was a little hard to find but now that signs be installed, it is no longer a problem. Otherwise, everything was great, there ne underfloor heating gabs now so I will have something. The holiday home is located on the lower floor of the landlord's home and is wonderful. Lots of privacy, a beautiful view, spacious and fully equipped. Also it is very clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and it was possible for us to check in earlier. The area is beautiful with a lot of beautiful nature where you can take good walks.

This holiday home is great! Very clean, hygienic, great facilities and a breathtaking view. (even lying out of bed!) Toppen do this only the landlord, who could not be friendlier. Uncomplicated, super nice and always there for us, if you have questions or requests. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the mountains in a quiet atmosphere. We were warmly received on Christmas Eve with a glass of Austrian wine and delicious homemade cookies. We felt right at home! The apartment where we stayed was very neat and tidy. We stayed with 4 people. It is quite cozy and warm. It was very nice to spend the Christmas holidays in the mountains. Our kids slept in the living room where there was a kitchen. The sofa bed is a bit too small for two people. Fortunately we had with a field cot. Everything else is present, there is certainly plenty of bed linen and towels! The setting is stunning ...... when you wake up is so beautiful to look at the beautiful mountains .... every day we had different views ..... pictures to remember. The property is also situated very well to make beautiful excursions, both in winter and perhaps even more in the summer. For some winter hikes were not recommended by ice or snow.

From the house you do have a nice view of the valley and mountains. However, the house is cold stone floor and it smells slightly musty / damp. Especially in the bathroom anywhere is spocht. Cause the house is built into the mountain and to the rear of the building barely sun. The house was not really clean, or at least failed much cobwebs in bedroom at our standards of hygiene. The living / kitchen part was ok, although the bank was for shit .... if you're often on the road, it's a nice house to sleep and eat, but also provides us feel sufficient comfort. Positively the house is spacious and has a space where you - especially in wet weather - rain gear and shoes can hang and drop beautiful.

Holiday home with a great view. The long corridor is the spacious but cozy. The impression that there is a kitchen and living room, but it is a kitchen with a sofa and coffee table. Friendly and welcoming owners, who also privacy respecteren.Niet suitable for family with small children (no fence in the garden and steep slopes) and people who have difficulty walking (two steps). Excellent for a sporty pair who loves peace.

The apartment was a little hard to find but now that signs be installed, it is no longer a problem. Otherwise, everything was great, there ne underfloor heating gabs now so I will have something. The view is just overwhelming, especially when you wake up, well as I said everything else top super holiday would recur.
