Neat house and find everything you need. A total of 3 adult beds (sofa bed and 2 single beds in separate small room). The sofa bed could also serve for two smaller children. To enter the bedroom you have the room with the slaapbank.De kitchen with dining table is the central place in the house with access to the shower / toilet ruimte.De layout of the kitchen is complete but lacks a hood with oven and dishwasher so you better not bake. Oven dishes is no problem.The balcony is very small and has only in the early morning sun. The terrace is spacious and on the west surrounded by bomen.De access to the house is on one floor (or a slope). You have access to a covered parking. The owner is friendly and vrolijk.De environment for the shopping you can go to a small MPreis in the village (about 10 min walk) and there is a restaurant on foot about 12 minutes (return is uphill!). Zell am See is about 12 km and Kaprun about 8 km. The ski bus runs in the morning and afternoon 2 x 2 x. Really close, the Naglkopf lift (to make progress). This is an ideal tow on the sunny side for families with a ski school and ski rental for friendly rates.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were warmly welcomed and the hostess tried very hard to make us feel comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with a 4-plate stove , sink, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and an Optigrill. Dishes, glasses and cutlery are available in sufficient quantities. Also chopping boards and knives. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hairdryer, sink, shower and toilet. Everything worked wonderfully. In the small porch/hallway there are possibilities to hang up jackets and put down shoes. In the bedroom there is a large futon bed with 2 bedside tables. We prefer to lie a little harder 😋. In the living room there is a sideboard with a TV, a large couch and a sufficiently large wardrobe, as well as a coffee table. There was a welcome bottle of wine and snacks for the dog - a very nice and thoughtful gesture 👍🏼 In the living room there is information of the environment in abundance. The hostess is also always happy to help with tips on things to do. The apartment is heated with small electric heaters, which warm up very quickly and heat up the small apartment more than sufficiently. In front of the apartment you have the opportunity to sit at a large table and is also a barbecue. We didn't use it, but we still thought it was great 👍🏼 The apartment also has a parking space under a carport, where the garbage is also separated. What have we enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. The location is beautiful and the cottage is more than complete. Every detail has been taken care of from the dishwasher to the dutch cheese slicer, from the washing machine to the lovely terrace. The house is spacious enough for three adults or a family with small children. Pets are more than welcome and can go well. Our landlord Josefien is very hospitable and friendly and the house was spotless on arrival. In the area you can make beautiful walks in the valley or with a cable car above 2000 meters. There are also nice trips to the nearby Kaprun or Zell am See. We (a couple with a dog) will definitely come back again! Our holiday was a party.

The apartment is in need of renovation. Stains on the sofa, broken dining room chair upholstery, the mattress is really bad, and the laminate needs to be replaced.

So we found the apartment great. Everything you need there. If something was always missing was the landlady or her daughter there and worried it. The children were allowed each morning to get the eggs from the Hünerstall. There was plenty of room to play in the yard. 50M on it was like a playground. On a spring day (14 degrees) in January we arrived around noon in Walchen in Piesendorf. For the friendly hostess Josefine was no problem and they got us right after the cleaning inside the home. So we could relax messages on this first day and explore what the area already. Fortunately, the temperature dropped quickly, so we have skied in winter conditions in Kaprun and Zell am See. Because Pinzgauloipes suffered lack of snow we had for the cross country to Jochberg (30 km away) and that was more than worth it. Walks in various difficulty levels are making plenty in the wide valley and towards the wooded slopes. At home, our hostess finished a bottle of wine and fresh towels, the service is excellent! Fourteen days to fly so we can very happy and looking back with a tad homesick on our holiday in this house.

A warm welcome from Josefine! What kindness and hospitality !! The accommodation is somewhat dated and for our family (2 adults and 2 young adults) a bit on the tight side. But the kindness of the hostess made up for it. She even cooked for us once! The house is in a beautiful location. Our apartment unfortunately had a narrow balcony which was partly viewed by the second apartment. Bit strange. Terrace at the front door is nice and spacious with a nice sitting area. Neat house and find everything you need. A total of 3 adult beds (sofa bed and 2 single beds in separate small room). The sofa bed could also serve for two smaller children. To enter the bedroom you have the room with the slaapbank.De kitchen with dining table is the central place in the house with access to the shower / toilet ruimte.De layout of the kitchen is complete but lacks a hood with oven and dishwasher so you better not bake. Oven dishes is no problem.The balcony is very small and has only in the early morning sun. The terrace is spacious and on the west surrounded by bomen.De access to the house is on one floor (or a slope). You have access to a covered parking. The owner is friendly and vrolijk.De environment for the shopping you can go to a small MPreis in the village (about 10 min walk) and there is a restaurant on foot about 12 minutes (return is uphill!). Zell am See is about 12 km and Kaprun about 8 km. The ski bus runs in the morning and afternoon 2 x 2 x. Really close, the Naglkopf lift (to make progress). This is an ideal tow on the sunny side for families with a ski school and ski rental for friendly rates.

Cottage is in on the low side but is totally disturbing. On the third day a homemade wine had her .This cottage is a good starting point to make. Walks or trips Zell am see is 9 km, Kaprun 4 km, walks start at the driveway of the house .Huisje has a nice seat behind the house where you can stay .overall we have this 2 weeks enjoyed a wonderful holiday and delicious will certainly come back again .Josefine thanks for your hospitality.

If you want to Austria for peace and nature then this location Walchen Perfect all one place, it is a small village close to Zell am See and Kaprun so both hiking and skiing possible and when you come back in your apartment have you right back to the tranquility of the cozy village, we have more than two weeks really enjoyed our rust.Dit is especially recommended for people who want the mountains to hike and enjoy nature.

The apartment is in need of renovation. Stains on the sofa, broken dining room chair upholstery, the mattress is really bad, and the laminate needs to be replaced.
In short, the house needs some love in terms of interior, but there is certainly nothing wrong with the location and friendly manager.

For 4 people sleeping 2 in the living room. In the kitchen everything is there what you need for Selbstverpflegen. The heating makes all room quickly warm. Until the Maiskogel ski area there are by car 10 minutes to the Kitzsteinhorn 20 min.

Walchen is a small town near Piesendorf. It is in a beautiful setting. From the apartment you can start various hiking trips.

We were warmly greeted by the hostess. The apartment had everything you needed. Because we were we could enjoy the rest of the car in the quiet village and yet close to Kaprun and sea ZELM am searching the crowds. Also e lovely base for lovely walks in the beautiful nature.

We stayed as a family with 2 children and a dog in the apartment Josefine. The landlady is very nice, friendly and approachable. The apartment is big enough and clean. For 4 people sleeping 2 in the living room. In the kitchen everything is there what you need for Selbstverpflegen. The heating makes all room quickly warm. Until the Maiskogel ski area there are by car 10 minutes to the Kitzsteinhorn 20 min.

The apartment is clean, very friendly owner who is ready to help you when needed. The last evening we were offered a meal, very friendly. The location is great if you plan to use the ski areas in the winter.
The apartment is in need of renovation. Stains on the sofa, broken dining room chair upholstery, the mattress is really bad, and the laminate needs to be replaced.
In short, the house needs some love in terms of interior, but there is certainly nothing wrong with the location and friendly manager.

Cottage is in on the low side but is totally disturbing. And really fully equipped .Supervriendelijke hostess Josfine .Halverwege week clean towels given .Fles wine on arrival and given a glance treat for the dog. On the third day a homemade wine had her .This cottage is a good starting point to make. Walks or trips Zell am see is 9 km, Kaprun 4 km, walks start at the driveway of the house .Huisje has a nice seat behind the house where you can stay .overall we have this 2 weeks enjoyed a wonderful holiday and delicious will certainly come back again .Josefine thanks for your hospitality.

The environment is of course beautiful and the arrival at the house was fantastic! The home owner is a very sweet woman who prepares the guests a warm welcome. We got a bottle of wine and chocolate on the first night and on Wednesday she cooked for us and it was delicious! We have had a breakdown with the car and she has also helped us very kindly. The house is cozy and very complete. Simply everything was available! We had a wonderful week and we would like to go back again.

On a spring day (14 degrees) in January we arrived around noon in Walchen in Piesendorf. For the friendly hostess Josefine was no problem and they got us right after the cleaning inside the home. So we could relax messages on this first day and explore what the area already. Fortunately, the temperature dropped quickly, so we have skied in winter conditions in Kaprun and Zell am See. Because Pinzgauloipes suffered lack of snow we had for the cross country to Jochberg (30 km away) and that was more than worth it. Walks in various difficulty levels are making plenty in the wide valley and towards the wooded slopes. At home, our hostess finished a bottle of wine and fresh towels, the service is excellent! Fourteen days to fly so we can very happy and looking back with a tad homesick on our holiday in this house.

A warm welcome from Josefine! What kindness and hospitality !! The accommodation is somewhat dated and for our family (2 adults and 2 young adults) a bit on the tight side. But the kindness of the hostess made up for it. She even cooked for us once! The house is in a beautiful location. Our apartment unfortunately had a narrow balcony which was partly viewed by the second apartment. Bit strange. Terrace at the front door is nice and spacious with a nice sitting area. We were with z 'n-3 and in this apartment and that was just for a week. It's not big, 3rd person sleeps on a sofa bed. The view was very nice, accessible location just fine and good. But the cleaning was poor as well as inventory. For 3 adults was sometimes make do. We had a lovely week and saved us otherwise fine, but it's not a cottage what we will just book again.

Neat house and find everything you need. A total of 3 adult beds (sofa bed and 2 single beds in separate small room). The sofa bed could also serve for two smaller children. To enter the bedroom you have the room with the slaapbank.De kitchen with dining table is the central place in the house with access to the shower / toilet ruimte.De layout of the kitchen is complete but lacks a hood with oven and dishwasher so you better not bake. Oven dishes is no problem.The balcony is very small and has only in the early morning sun. The terrace is spacious and on the west surrounded by bomen.De access to the house is on one floor (or a slope). You have access to a covered parking. The owner is friendly and vrolijk.De environment for the shopping you can go to a small MPreis in the village (about 10 min walk) and there is a restaurant on foot about 12 minutes (return is uphill!). Zell am See is about 12 km and Kaprun about 8 km. The ski bus runs in the morning and afternoon 2 x 2 x. Really close, the Naglkopf lift (to make progress). This is an ideal tow on the sunny side for families with a ski school and ski rental for friendly rates.

We were very kindly received by the owner. House was somewhat difficult to find. We drove past it first. Illogical house numbering but once driving back we saw it soon. The cottage is fine. Not very big but fully equipped. And with a bottle of wine on arrival and tasty chocolate is actually nothing a wonderful holiday in the weg.Berder the weather was also so nice walk in the area. It is quiet environment in this period. Nature is beautiful. The population very friendly. We had a wonderful stay here. And that was confirmed on the last evening by room service. The owner brought us a delicious meal .......

What have we enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. The location is beautiful and the cottage is more than complete. Every detail has been taken care of from the dishwasher to the dutch cheese slicer, from the washing machine to the lovely terrace. The house is spacious enough for three adults or a family with small children. Pets are more than welcome and can go well. Our landlord Josefien is very hospitable and friendly and the house was spotless on arrival. In the area you can make beautiful walks in the valley or with a cable car above 2000 meters. There are also nice trips to the nearby Kaprun or Zell am See. We (a couple with a dog) will definitely come back again! Our holiday was a party.
