Cancellation terms:
Booking and Cancellation Conditions A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is due upon booking. If the tenant withdraws from the contract, this deposit will be retained as a processing and cancellation fee. Therefore, no refund or reimbursement will be made!!! A rebooking is possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip for a fee of €55. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Beautiful holiday home
We spent a lovely week with our dogs in Mika's holiday home. The house had everything needed for daily use. The house and garden were clean and well-maintained. In the mornings, we were greeted by the cattle. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great accommodation
It is simply beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. In the morning, we already had the cows standing in front of the fence, which our dog clearly enjoyed... great view!!! Maybe a bit little cutlery (the dishwasher should be worth it). We have nothing to complain about and praise the good and helpful house fairy "Gaby." We promised her we would come back. Arrive and feel welcome...
Landlord/Rental: uncomplicated, very good and friendly contact. Mr. Toewe is a landlord who truly cares about his guests! !
House: spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished, and very well thought out. We lacked nothing. Plenty of space in the walk-in closet. In the garden, you have privacy, great for children and dogs as it is fenced in. The view of the Ijssel and the passing ships is simply fantastic! ! !
Park: Reception team absolutely friendly. The facilities are seasonally closed but nicely laid out. The woman at the bread/grocery store is completely warm-hearted! We would love to come back, maybe in the summer to be able to use the great garden loungers and the grill?

Beautiful and relaxing
We felt very comfortable there. Quietly located and pure relaxation. Dogs can run around in the garden as it is completely fenced. Top!
