Please note that the holiday home is a non-smoking property. The house impresses with its bright and friendly rooms as well as the high-quality materials used throughout the property. Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is located in the Rhederlaagse Meren holiday park, just a few kilometers past the German border. The park includes not only a large private fishing pond but also a large lake with its own beach that has a direct inflow from the IJssel. The park offers various recreational activities such as swimming pools and activity rooms for both young and old, blacklight mini-golf, and a small shop where fresh bread rolls are available daily.

Great little house by a great lake
We were on site as a family with a dog and we really liked it!
The lake is huge and walks with the dog are really great here!
The communication with the landlord was excellent and uncomplicated!
The surrounding towns are quickly reachable by car and all typically in Dutch style :) we really like Holland and will definitely come back :)

The location and ambiance are great, the holiday home offers everything needed, unfortunately, there are no loungers for the summer, which is a pity, and the garden house has to be rented separately. I don't want to be picky, but with the cleaning price, there is still some room for improvement. Otherwise, we were satisfied, and our dog felt comfortable too. Oh yes, the equipment was good, unfortunately, we had to buy garbage bags ourselves. Communication with the landlord was perfectly fine, and everything was well described/explained; it all went smoothly.

Beautiful relaxed vacation
Very nice little house with a beautiful terrace and everything you need, good location for walks with the dog, communication went well, clean... we really liked it and if there are sun loungers or deck chairs next time, we would be happy to come back?

Very nice accommodation, good communication with the landlord.
Beautiful house with satisfactory inventory. Everything very well maintained and clean. Beds absolutely okay. Kitchen utensils sufficiently available. Sauna (not used). The only small downside/improvement suggestion would be Wi-Fi (which is not absolutely necessary on vacation, but is good to have from time to time) as well as a grill on the terrace. Otherwise, everything is really absolutely fine and good.

Der See ist riesig und Spaziergänge mit dem Hund sind hier richtig toll!
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top und unkompliziert!
Die umliegenden Städtchen sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen und alle typisch nach holländischen Stil:) wir mögen Holland super gerne und kommen bestimmt wieder:)
Betten absolut okay. Küchenutensilien ausreichend vorhanden.
Sauna (nicht genutzt). Einziges kleines Manko/ Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre Wlan (was man zwar nicht unbedingt im Urlaub braucht ,aber ab und zu halt gut ist) sowie ein Grill auf der Terrasse
.Ansonsten wirklich alles absolut in Ordnung und gut

Ein absolutes Plus ist die kleine Sauna im Haus.
Der Ferienpark dürfte etwas besser beschildert sein. Wenn man abends im Dunkeln ankommt, ist es schwierig das Ferienhaus zu finden, trotz Plan. Das ist aber sicher Sache des Ferienparks.

Es ost sehr gemütlich und Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.
Sonst ist es sehr liebevoll eingerichtet auch die Sauna ist ein super plus Punkt für uns gewesen. Die Aufteilung mit Dusche und Saune und einem separaten Wc ist wirklich klasse gelöst.
Wir waren 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleine Hunde. Wobei für Erwachsene fanden wir die Betten doch etwas klein, aber das empfindet jeder für sich anders und für den kurzen Aufenthalt ist es auch völlig in Ordnung gewesen. Alles war super sauber und alles nötige war vor Ort (Geschirr etc).
Für eine kurze Auszeit war es optimal.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief sehr gut und unkompliziert ab.
Wir könnten leider nur 2 Nächte buchen, da es aus beruflichen Gründen nicht anders machbar war. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und es ist nicht ausgeschlossen das wir wieder kommen.
Auch die vorherige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett.
Der Platz sowie das Objekt sind sehr sauber.
Das Highlight ist die eigene Sauna.
Ich werde es auf jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Einziges Manko, dafür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts. Es gibt kein WLAN inklusive. Dieses muss kostenpflichtig über den Park bezogen werden. Die Verbindung war bei uns auch leider eher schlecht. Aber für ein paar Tage, war das kein Problem.
