Villa Las Palmas is surrounded by a lush garden where you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, there is a barbecue on each level. After a delicious meal, take a dip in the private pool or relax on the sun terrace.
The villa comprises two flats on two levels, each with a kitchen, dining room, living room and barbecue. Everything is double-equipped.
The interior of the house is impressive. The living rooms each have a white ceramic fireplace that is as original as it is beautiful. The kitchens are equipped with induction hobs, oven, fridge and extractor hood, as well as all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. The 4-burner hobs are also available for large family meals.
The villa offers all the modern conveniences you could need, including televisions, wifi with fibre, iron, hairdryer. Linen is provided for your comfort. Please note that Villa Las Palmas is a non-smoking house.
The first level, on the same level as the street, is suitable for senior citizens, with no stairs. Meals can be taken on the large terrace overlooking the house. Younger guests in the ground-floor flat can take a quick dip in the swimming pool. After taking a dip in the outdoor shower by the pool.
The private pool is 10 metres long and 5 metres wide. It has a solar shower, which is essential before taking a dip, and a pool house for relaxing.
There is also private parking for your vehicle. The property is located close to the sea, offering breathtaking views over the bay of Rosas and the surrounding mountains. In the evening, a magnificent sunset to the west from the top of the terrace will enchant you.
