Living room with sitting area, flat screen and open kitchen with large dining table, dishwasher and combi oven.

There are 2 bedrooms with a double box-spring bed. There is a bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom has a wonderful double rain shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the house.

From the living room you enter the sunken terrace with dining table and lounge sofa.

This special holiday home really has an ideal location between the beach and the village of Holum.

The sustainability manifests itself in:
