Entrance with wardrobe and toilet.
There is a bright, spacious living room with a sitting area, flat screen smart television and gas fireplace.
The open kitchen with large dining table includes a dishwasher, combi oven with microwave, refrigerator and separate freezer.
French doors provide access to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a large dining table with 8 chairs and there are 4-position chairs with comfortable cushions.
Bedrooms (3)
There are 3 bedrooms, all with luxurious box-spring beds and a wardrobe:
- One bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom/toilet, smart television, desk and a door to the garden.
- Two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, both with space for a cot.
On the landing is a second bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
Storage room and terrace
The spacious storage room is accessible through the front. Here you will find, among other things, the washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron and 2 shelving units. There is ample space for golf bags and luggage.
The house is equipped with WiFi. There is parking for two cars per house on site, where the joint charging station for electric cars is also located.
The two Houses are linked by means of the storage facilities.
Environment
From the garden you can walk straight into the nature reserves "Jan Roepeheide" and "de Lange Dune" via a shell path. Through these nature reserves, the distance to the beach is approximately 1600 meters. The bathing beach with Beachclub "the Sunset" is approx. 3 km from the house. The distance to the center of the picturesque village of Hollum, with numerous shops, big supermarket, cafes and restaurants, is approximately 1500 meters.
The park includes a little Restaurant/bar/snackbar, a playground and bus stop. A little further on is Boomhiemke with a miniature golf course, Wellness & Beauty 'SpaAmeland' and a small supermarket.
