This bright, modern, charming and family-friendly 3-R maisonette flat offers 72 m² of space for up to 4 guests and a baby.
It has two bedrooms, a west-facing balcony with sea view, a shower room, Wi-Fi, 1 parking space, a loading and unloading area for the car, as well as a bicycle shed for your own bikes.
Both floors of this flat are accessible by a spacious lift, if you wish to avoid stairs.
Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the sunny west-facing balcony with sea view, which is only 100m from the beach, and look forward to a free parking space, bicycle shed, Wi-Fi, baby cot with changing mat, or high chair.
On the lower floor
is the entrance area of this flat, equipped with a wardrobe, shoe cupboard, mirror and 4 bunk umbrellas.
Likewise, the modern fitted kitchen, which has been equipped with an extractor bonnet, a 4-plate ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher, sink, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, as well as refrigerator with ice compartment, so that you can comfortably cook for yourself during your stay.
Also on the lower floor, the dining area with 4 chairs and a glass table. If required, a children's high chair is available in the flat.
The modern living area has an illuminated living wall, two 2-seater leather sofas, glass table, TV, CD player with several films, a high-quality music system, games, books and information material.
On the upper floor
on the mezzanine is the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed 180x200cm, wardrobe, sideboard, 2 bedside cabinets and reading lamps and alarm clock. From here you can access the sunny west-facing balcony with sea view, which is only 100m from the beach, and has been furnished with 4 chairs and a table.
The children's room, which has two single beds 90x200xm, as well as a children's play corner, a built-in wardrobe, bedside table and floor lamp, offers the desired retreat for your children.
A baby cot with changing mat for children up to 12 months, a child's high chair, staircase safety grids, socket fuses or motion detectors are available to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for you and your children.
Both bedrooms have been furnished appropriately, have blackout blinds, and thus offer you restful nights.
In the shower room, there is a bathroom cabinet with a mirror and sufficient storage space, as well as a hairdryer, magnifying mirror or children's toilet seat.
Our holiday flat has free Wi-Fi, 1 parking space, a bicycle shed, baby bed with changing mat, high chair, potty for the night, children's toilet seat, binoculars, 2 alarm clocks, books and games, information material, 4 cane umbrellas or sewing and shoe shine material for use, so that you can also feel at home when travelling.
Unfortunately our holiday flat is " not handicapped accessible "
and therefore cannot be rented out to guests with wheelchairs or larger aids/equipment.
It is a " non-smoking flat "
and absolutely "pet free" and should remain so!
Families with children are always welcome!

Location and surroundings of object
The house Olymp is characterised by its good and central location in the centre of the West district.
In only 100 m you are at the beach, on the 3.5 long beach promenade, or on the Baltic Square.
The house is surrounded by several shopping facilities, supermarkets such as LIDL, NETTO, but also bakeries, ice cream parlours, pharmacy, post office, banks, bicycle rental, cosmetic facilities, local facilities, as well as various medical facilities. Everything is within easy walking distance.
In the outside area of this house - rear entrance west side,
there are 2 loading parking spaces for guests of this house only, to make it easier for you to load and unload your car.
Afterwards, a spacious lift will take you to the respective floor of this flat (1st and 2nd attic floor), so that heavy suitcases, bags or prams can be transported comfortably without long carrying.
Also on the west side are your rented parking space for the duration of your stay, a rubbish container of this house, as well as the locked bicycle shed, where you can store your own bicycles.
Fresh rolls, drinks or groceries are only a few steps away at the LIDL supermarket, which is also located in the west area of this house. It couldn't be more convenient :-)
At the main entrance in Hermannstraße, there is a stop for the tram of Kühlungsborn, with which you can go to the eastern part, to the marina, or to the pier, and at the same time learn something worth knowing about the place.
In the meantime, you can get to know the more than 100 different restaurants and cafés in the town.
In addition to the beauties of Kühlungsborn, there are many other things to discover. For example, the beautiful coastal landscape, or a visit to Bad Doberan, Rerik, Heiligendamm, Schwerin, Stralsund, Nienhagen, Rostock or Warnemünde.

Cancellation terms:
Here is your translation to English: Each booking will be canceled again by the landlord after a single reminder, provided that the agreed contractual conditions have not been confirmed in writing by the guest. A cancellation must always be made in writing and confirmed by the landlord! The listed cancellation fees refer only to the pure accommodation costs; any additional costs (cleaning, laundry, tourist tax) are not taken into account here, as these only become due on the day of arrival. The following COST SHARES will be incurred in the event of a cancellation and must be reimbursed to the landlord: FROM reservation / booking confirmation = generally 20% of the accommodation costs; From 42 days before arrival = 100% of the agreed accommodation costs. We are the Kühne family and have been renting out our four holiday flats in Kühlungsborn for over 10 years. Our aim is to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible by furnishing our holiday flats neatly and completely, but also comfortably. Families with children are always welcome. Baby cot, changing mat, high chair, WLAN car parking space and bicycle shed are provided free of charge, which sets us apart from other landlords. Should you accidentally break something, which can always happen, we would be very grateful if you could let us know immediately by e-mail/SMS! This is the only way to get a replacement quickly, because the next guests will also want to take over a complete flat on arrival. We look forward to welcoming you soon! We speak German.
