Situated in an idyllic secluded location and only 800 metres from a picturesque village; restaurants and small grocery shops are therefore also within walking distance. In front of the villa is a spacious panoramic terrace ........... an invitation to dream and "farniente". Villa Vico Design offers space for 11-13 people in total and can also be rented completely on request! The rooms are furnished with a great sense of style and the antique terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings convey Tuscan authenticity. The kitchens are spacious and well-equipped and the en-suite bathrooms are furnished with high-quality accessories.
The uniqueness of the domicile is underlined by the fantastically situated infinity pool (12 x 5 m.) with sun terrace and covered lounge, as well as the panoramic terrace (table and chairs), an all-round magical atmosphere! The domicile is reached via a small unpaved private road; once there, a wrought-iron entrance gate opens ...... you are at home, the location is idyllic and absolutely quiet. Rest, enjoyment and relaxation are guaranteed.
The property borders on the extensive wooded section "Monti Pisani", where you can make wonderful excursions, walks on foot or by bike!

Absolutely worth seeing small town, idyllically situated!
Vicopisano is also called the town of towers, in fact there are 9 well-preserved medieval towers from the 11th to the 15th century in the historic centre, such as the imposing castle-fortress Rocca del Brunelleschi.
Distances approx.: Pisa or to the sea 30 min; Lucca 35 min; Volterra or Florence 1 hr.

Cancellation terms:

Note: very good guest feedback and in spring the outdoor area will be beautified (i.e. new sunbeds and parasols) and a tasteful separation of the two private outdoor terraces will be created!
