Description
A small private path leads to our medieval "palazzo" (18th century), which has been restored with style and attention to detail.
In total, we offer 3 holiday flats of the "special kind", which offer a very comfortable, stylish Tuscan ambience with very pleasant privacy.
Special mention should be made of the pool (12 x 6 metres) with shaded area as well as sun terrace, embedded in a charming garden with cypresses and fresh herbs.
Within walking distance, there is a good restaurant, as well as a small rustic trattoria, where you can also taste and purchase the excellent wine from San Gervasio.
The landlords, Caroline and Daniele, as well as their daughter Julie and her family, live in the adjoining house and have a separate entrance, so you are all to yourself.
I personally, as the owner of this holiday home as well as of the website "Caroline's Toscana", am happy to assure you of excellent comfort in a "pure" Tuscany!

Location and surroundings of object
San Gervasio, a small hamlet, sunk in a charming and dominating hillside position, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
Our domicile is beautifully situated in the centre of Tuscany (between Pisa and Volterra) and in about 25-45 minutes you can reach the sea, Pisa, Lucca or San Gimignano / Volterra. Our corner is still quite "untouristy" and therefore authentic and idyllic at the same time, with a very good price-performance ratio!
Relax, culture, sea - everything is possible.
