Very well-kept small property: "open-space" house with living quality and lots of cosiness, a successful combination of rustic and modern elements in Tuscan style. In the park-like garden is the marvellous private pool with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
In the "Dépendance", approx. 10-15 metres from the house, is the 2nd bedroom with bathroom. "Casabella" is therefore rented to 2-4 people at different prices (in low and mid season), ideal.
Directly adjoining the house is a wonderful covered terrace with a large table and outdoor barbecue, where guests can be served an excellent breakfast on request!
You are also within walking distance of a charming medieval village (small grocery shops, cafés, ice cream parlour, pizzeria, restaurants)!

Location and surroundings of object
A charming medieval village (small grocery shops, cafés, ice cream parlour, pizzeria, restaurants) can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes!
Beautifully central in Tuscany (between Pisa and Volterra) and in approx. 30-45 minutes you can reach the sea, Pisa, Lucca or San Gimignano / Volterra. Our corner is still quite "untouristic" and therefore authentic and idyllic at the same time, with a very good price-performance ratio! Relaxation, culture, sea .......anything is possible.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Access is via an unpaved and somewhat steep road; not recommended for low-lying cars.
The elderly owner couple lives in the adjoining house (approx. 20 metres), has a separate entrance and outdoor area; therefore the entire garden area as well as the pool area are for the exclusive use of the guests!
