A city so rich in history has much to offer visitors. Among the things to see are the Rocca del Brunelleschi, various medieval towers such as the Torre del Soccorso and the Torre dell'Orologio, the Palazzo Pretorio and the Pieve di Santa Maria. The Rocca di Vicopisano is also called Rocca del Brunelleschi because it was renovated by the great architect Filippo Brunelleschi between 1435 and 1440. The castle of Vicopisano has been documented since 975, but it is very likely that its origin is even older. From a strategic point of view, this fortress has always played a very important role and in fact the Florentines besieged it for 8 months and its fall was the prelude to the subsequent fall of Pisa.

- Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.
- The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period. Tenants are responsible for maintaining good hygienic conditions throughout the property and its accessories during their stay and at the end of the rental period. Rental prices include linen, initial cleaning, as well as gas for cooking and hot water. Electricity and heating are included in the rentals for bookings made after 1st January 2024. Waste disposal is the client's responsibility and must be done in accordance with local regulations. Failure to do so may result in a fine ranging from €100 to €150 upon check-out. An inspection of the premises will be conducted upon departure to ensure that no items are missing and that there is no abnormal wear and tear on the property caused by the renter (e.g., broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen, etc.). Depending on the assessment, the security deposit will be refunded. For safety reasons, the use of the wood oven and barbecues must be arranged upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in compliance with local environmental regulations. Tourist tax is not included in the rental rate. Depending on availability, one baby bed and high chair are usually provided free of charge. Check in is done with the SELF CHECK IN PROCEDURE. Late check-in is possible. A fee of €50 is required after 8 pm, and a fee of €100 is required after 10 pm. Any late arrivals must be arranged in advance. Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00 Departure within 10:00 Pool open from 1 May to 1 October According to Italian law (ART.109 – TULPS), the Hosts and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their Guests with the authorities prior to allowing their access to the facilities. In order to facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number etc. ), a copy of the passport and the authorization to hold these details in accordance to law (D. Lgs.196/2003 and D.Lgs 101/2018) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the rental agreement.
