If you love peace, relaxation and solitude, then you've come to the right place:
You will spend your holiday surrounded by nature on a large plot of land (3,500m²), which is bordered to the north and east by a forest, to the west by the Langsee lake and to the south only by a neighbouring property.
The holiday home "Missunde" impresses with its perfect south-west orientation. Thanks to three terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day long.
The long lake at the foot of the property has excellent water quality and is perfect for swimming or rowing - unfortunately, the majority of the owners' association has banned holiday guests from fishing from 2018!
Whether you love endless walks or varied cycling tours, enjoy jogging or are a fan of Nordic walking: The unique surroundings fulfil all wishes.
But also sunbathing, discovering the outdoor sauna at night or swimming in the crystal-clear lake guarantees pure relaxation!
The property is completely fenced in (except for the lakeshore), so your four-legged friend can't run away, but - rest assured - won't want to either :-) !
You won't meet many people there, you won't hear street noise or any "Hotten-Totten" music.
The holiday home has been and is regularly maintained, is in excellent condition and consists of

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "Missunde" is located exactly between the Schleswig-Holstein villages of Kosel and Missunde in the Schlei-Ostsee district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde.
The property borders directly on the inland lake "Langsee" to the south, has its own jetty and offers unhindered access to the water.
The neighbouring forest to the north-east, with its sea eagle nest and eagle owl clutch, is privately owned and is rarely "explored" by walkers.
The Schlei, an arm of the Baltic Sea, meanders through a wondrous natural landscape just a few kilometres from "your" accommodation all the way to the Viking city of Schleswig.
Popular holiday destinations (Eckernförde, Schleswig, Husum, Sylt etc.) are within easy reach on day trips.

Cancellation terms:
- Ich garantiere Ihnen, dass Sie Ihre gebuchte Ferienwohnung oder Ihr gebuchtes Ferienhaus am Anreisetag sauber und vollständig eingerichtet vorfinden – wann auch immer Sie gebucht haben. Mit dem Buchungsvorgang ist es mir von daher nicht mehr möglich, die entsprechende Unterkunft anderen Gästen anzubieten. So kommt es nicht selten vor, dass ich späteren Anfragen weiterer Interessenten – auch von Stammgästen – eine Absage erteilen muss. Sollte es mir nicht möglich sein, die entsprechende Unterkunft nach einer Reisestornierung anderweitig zu vermieten, stelle ich 90% des Reisepreises als Mietausfall in Rechnung. Bei pandemiebedingten Reiseverboten (z. B. Corona) gelten meine Stornierungsbedingungen nicht! In einem solchen Fall können Sie kostenlos von Ihrer Reise zurücktreten. Geleistete Anzahlungen werden dann zurückerstattet. Selbstverständlich können Sie unabhängig von meinen Stornobedingungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der schriftlichen Buchungsbestätigung kostenfrei und ohne Angabe von Gründen von der Buchung zurücktreten – eine kurze Mail mit einer entsprechenden Erklärung reicht aus.
