The 66-square-metre flat includes 2 bedrooms, each with 1 box-spring double bed and enough storage space in wardrobes and bedside tables and one Smart TV each; white eat-in kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, dining table for 4 people; cosy seating area, designer TV with Netflix connection; a modern bathroom with ground-level shower, hairdryer,
W-LAN throughout the flat; washing machine, dryer and possibility to store ski equipment in a separate room.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and filter coffee and Nespresso capsule machine, so you can cater for yourself during your stay.
Bed linen, towels and small items to make life more pleasant are provided and included in the price, as is the final cleaning.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the garage.
Families with small children benefit from a cot and a high chair.
Enjoy the fresh air with a fantastic view in the garden in your own sitting area with a large parasol.
A separate parking space is available for your vehicle, and a wallbox (e-charging point) is also available.

As a landlord, we participate in the guest card system of the Sauerland SummerCard "SSC".
The SSC allows you to take advantage of free services, the participating service partners and thus free attractive benefits and experiences for your stay. You can find more information online. The SSC is only valid in the summer season.
It's worth it, especially with children!
As the landlord, we bear the costs for the SSC. However, as the SSC is only available in combination with the visitor's tax, the town of Winterberg charges a visitor's tax of € 1.50/day/adult for the Siedlinghausen district. Children up to 15 years of age do not pay the visitor's tax. The amount is then to be paid in cash on site by the tenant upon arrival.
