The modern and clearly furnished flat offers you everything you need for a break from everyday life. Barrier-free, senior-friendly and suitable for allergy sufferers, you can recharge your batteries for everyday life. You live quietly on the edge of the seaside resort of Glowe, right next to the "Roter See" nature reserve, in a purely residential area (residents only).
The flat is surrounded by a well-tended garden that invites you to relax. The entire property is at ground level, the room layout is spacious and wheelchair accessible. A gas barbecue is available for cosy barbecue evenings. You can easily park your car in the adjacent car park.
The bathroom has a height-adjustable shower panel, a flexible shower screen, a toilet and a washbasin. This is wheelchair-accessible. An infrared element from Physiotherm is also available ... relaxation, stress relief, pain relief or simply a blessing. The toilet is easily accessible.
The bedroom has a box-spring double bed with 2 different firmness levels - medium and firm. The lying height of approx. 50 cm makes it easier to get up in the morning. All doors of the large wardrobe are mirrored.
The functional, modern kitchen offers a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and much more. In the sideboard of the dining area you will find enough crockery to make yourself comfortable while eating. Everything is ready for unusual meal requests.
In addition to the usual media such as TV, DVD player and stereo system, the living area also has a rotating wood-burning stove to warm you up on autumn and winter evenings. No need to be afraid of a rainy day.
The terrace invites you to cosy get-togethers and the illuminated fountain creates a romantic ambience in the evening. The garden loungers can be used for relaxed sunbathing. You can also enjoy a BBQ from the gas grill with savoury salads and a glass of red wine.
The flat is happy to accommodate non-smokers and allergy sufferers. We can provide you with an additional air filter on request. Just ask for it.
For these reasons, no pets of any kind can be accommodated and smoking is prohibited on the terrace and in the entire entrance area.

The "state-recognised seaside resort of Glowe" is located on the spit called "Schaabe", which connects the two peninsulas of Wittow and Jasmund, as well as between the Baltic Sea bay "Tromper Wiek" and the north-eastern shore of the "Großer Jasmund Bodden". The 12 kilometres of fine sandy beach of the Schaabe stretches from Glowe to Juliusruh. From there it is a stone's throw to "Cape Arkona".
The seaside resort of Glowe is the ideal starting point for beach walks, hiking, swimming, cycling, short trips to Bornholm or Sweden (Sassnitz), boat trips, and much more. ...!
The harbour of Glowe, for example, offers 190 berths for sailing and motor sport boats. The Glowe water hiking rest area has a car park with spaces for caravans.
In the spa park of the "Ostseeklinik Königshörn" (spa clinic for respiratory and skin diseases) you will find a playground, a stone sculpture exhibition (sculptor Mile Prerad) and a cross-generational outdoor fitness centre. The culinary delights also leave nothing to be desired.
