The dream house is a semi-detached house completely renovated in 2023 and features 3 stylish bedrooms, 3 comfortable bathrooms, all en suite, and a guest WC. The property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for dog owners.
Enjoy warm summer evenings on the cozy, furnished, and partly covered terrace while you prepare a delicious barbecue on the plancha in the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and ample storage space. For a refreshing cool-down, the private swimming pool with sun loungers, surrounded by a well-kept garden, is at your disposal. Your vehicle will find a secure place in the enclosed car parking area, which is separated from the pool area by the garage.
Inside the house, a pleasant atmosphere awaits you thanks to the air conditioning, which ensures optimal room temperatures. The open, modern built-in kitchen with full equipment is fitted with an induction cooktop, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combination, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and an air fryer – no wishes remain unfulfilled here. In the cozy living area, you can relax after an eventful day in front of the flat-screen TV (satellite system with German channels) or use the free Wi-Fi connection. The stylish interior and the generous layout give the holiday home a special touch. The large windows provide plenty of daylight and the tasteful furnishings invite you to linger. In the 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds await you for restful nights, each with an en suite bathroom, 1 of which is in the separate studio with a large, spacious master bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ample storage space and flat-screen TVs. In addition, all windows and doors of the house are fitted with mosquito nets.

Everything is great! Would come back to this dreamy accommodation anytime.
It is a beautiful, clean house with a pool and everything you need. You really have everything you need. If you have questions, there is a very well-prepared information book, and if that doesn't help, the friendly owner is also there to assist. Everything was top-notch! We can wholeheartedly recommend it ☺️

Simply breathtaking ...
. . . we had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful holiday home with 6 adults and a dog (Goldie). The furnishings were very tasteful, absolutely new, nothing was missing, absolutely nothing. The landlord, very friendly, always helpful, very nice communication! That's how you wish it to be. The situation (early September) is very calm, shopping opportunities are in immediate proximity, but it is a few steps to the beach and into the town, which we already knew since we have known the beautiful place for a long time.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home and the landlord; we have no criticisms to mention.
Vacation at its best! Keep it up! We would love to come back!

Most beautiful and best holiday home in 10 years Empuriabrava, 5*+++
Dear Boris and Miriam and team,
in 10 years we did not think that we would find a holiday property again that leaves nothing to be desired. From the first contact with you as landlords, the handling of the booking, many useful tips, and the warm welcome, the support on-site, everything was perfect.
The house is very clean, tastefully and modernly furnished, and there are no wishes left unfulfilled. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, and the attached bathrooms are large and modern. The living room is very cozy and the kitchen is a dream, modern, equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need. The secluded property with a great pool invites you to relax, we enjoyed it very much.
The location is perfect for us, as it is central in the village. Shopping options, restaurants, everything is within walking distance.
We spent relaxed and very restful vacation days in your beautiful property. We thank you for the great service and wish you a good time with many pleasant tenants.

Wonderful 3 weeks in May/June25
We had 3 wonderful weeks in Empuriabrava.
The PocoLoco is a perfectly furnished holiday home with 2 bedrooms, 3 TVs, pool, outdoor kitchen, and grill....... and everything works perfectly.
The landlord couple is super nice, just like the Hamburg "pool boy Hendrick."
