Casa Poco Loco can accommodate up to 6 people in 94 square metres of living space. The dream home is a semi-detached house that was completely renovated in 2023 and has 3 stylish bedrooms, 3 comfortable bathrooms, all en suite and a guest WC. The property is fully fenced and therefore ideal for dog owners.
Enjoy the warm summer evenings on the cosy, furnished and partly covered terrace while you prepare a delicious barbecue on the plancha in the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge, sink and plenty of storage space. The private swimming pool with sun loungers, which is surrounded by a well-tended garden, provides a refreshing cool-down. Your vehicle can be safely parked in the enclosed car park, which is separated from the pool area by the garage.
Inside the house, a pleasant atmosphere awaits you thanks to the air conditioning, which ensures optimum room temperatures. The open, modern, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an extractor bonnet, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster - leaving nothing to be desired. In the cosy living area, you can relax after an eventful day in front of the flat-screen TV (satellite system with German channels) or use the free WLAN connection.
The stylish interior and spacious room design give the holiday home a special touch. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and the tasteful furnishings invite you to linger. Comfortable beds await you in the 3 bedrooms for restful nights, each with an en suite bathroom, 1 of which is in the separate studio with a large, spacious master bedroom. The bedrooms are all equipped with ample storage space and flat-screen TVs. In addition, all windows and doors in the house are fitted with mosquito nets.

Dream House

It is a beautiful newly renovated house. Very clean and well-maintained. The house is ideal for dogs, as the entire property is securely fenced. Very good shopping options of all kinds in the immediate vicinity.

A beautiful vacation summer 2024
Hello dear community, there is absolutely nothing to criticize about this holiday accommodation, it is clean. It is new. It is modern and easy to maintain, actually designed as a holiday home for rent. Such a pity, anyone who gets to stay in this house can consider themselves lucky. Super holiday home/villa with great amenities
We found an absolutely clean and well-equipped holiday home. Decorated with love and everything on-site in sufficient quantity (plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.) and even well-stocked with spices. Absolutely not a given in southern regions!
From here, the bakery was just "around the corner," and the location in a quiet area is very pleasant.
Communication with the landlord was just as one would wish. Courteous and everything as promised in advance of the rental. Top!
Conclusion:
This is how vacation is fun, and you really receive a great value for your money.

Everything for the perfect vacation
Everything you have at home is available. Super spacious and everything is clean. Nice landlords, everything went smoothly. The walk to the beach is a bit long, but since you are on vacation, time shouldn't be a problem ;) Thanks to the welcome folder and the explanations upon arrival, there were no questions left unanswered. Great that there was the option to pay the majority of the costs on-site. The deposit was returned promptly without any issues!

Außergewöhnlich
Everything very clean and well-maintained, friendly and helpful hosts. The house was fully equipped with everything needed. The bathrooms are very unique, and the interior design has that certain something. All in all, everything is conducive to feeling comfortable.

Dream accommodation.
A beautiful and very clean accommodation with a lot of attention to detail. You constantly discover new decorative items that fit harmoniously into the overall picture. The hosts are very nice, friendly, but above all helpful and provide good tips for activities. In the end, our expectations were exceeded by far. The accommodation is perfect for up to 6 people.

Wonderful, always happy to do it again
Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and lacks nothing. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The location is quiet and you can start in all directions from there. Everything you need is easily accessible by foot. Shopping options with a bakery or restaurants are very close by. The beach is a bit further away but still manageable. The location of the apartment is also good for running or walking, as it is near the nature reserve and the Muga River (which leads to the sea). Even if the weather is not so good, you can still sit outside the house as there is a covered terrace. You can also watch a nice film as there is a television and internet available. All in all, an absolutely recommended house. The landlords are very kind and easy to reach. Anytime again?!! Best regards, Inga & Jörn.
