Description
The beautiful and cozy cottage will be renovated in winter 2017/2018 and completely equipped with new furniture. The living-dining area has an additional underfloor heating!
2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining area, 1 large bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi microwave, filter coffee machine + Nespresso capsule machine ....). A large fenced (from the beginning of 2018) garden with sun terrace and seating invites you to linger and relax and to nice barbecues. About a beach path one comes in about 15 minutes to the 800 m distant sea.
Bedroom 1 with a "swiss-sense" box spring bed ( mx m) with 9-zone pocket spring core and a cm high Aeromax topper with an additional (!) Micro pocket kernels.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds mx m), also with pocket spring mattresses.
!!!! The house is a non-smoking house !!!!

Location and surroundings of object
The house stands on a 350m ² plot, which is completely fenced from the beginning of 2018. A sun terrace to the south with windbreak, garden furniture and awning, a parking space directly at the house and a storage room for bicycles is available.
In the resort "Ooghduyne" there is a restaurant with a café, a snack bar and many sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, children's playgrounds, 9-hole golf course, 6-hole golf course, mini golf course and a swimming pool newly built in 2016.
On the 30 km long dune chain of North Holland, ca 5 km from the port city of Den Helder is located Julianadorp on Zee nestled in wide tulip fields and agricultural land.
Shopping centers, nice restaurants, cafes, doctors and a pharmacy are not far away. The Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne is a very well maintained complex, surrounded by tulip fields, in a quiet location overlooking the dunes.

TOP Ferienhaus
Hallo Familie Niedermayer,
es waren super schöne drei Wochen hatten uns gut erholt ( inklusive Hund ). Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Hochwertiger Backofen, Geschirr von Villeroy und Boch, bequeme Box Springbetten (hatten sehr gut darin geschlafen) großer TV wenn man abends mal Lust darauf hat einen Film zu gucken.
Bei Ankunft für die Zweibeiner eine gute Flasche Wein und Nespresso Kapseln, für den Vierbeiner Leckerli was will man noch mehr, schönes Wetter ( hatten wir )
Freuen uns schon auf den Nächsten Urlaub in der Strandoase im September, das Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Hallo Familie Niedermayer,
Die Strandkoje 219 ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber.Der Empfang bei der Anreise hat gut geklappt. Super Betreuung und sehr freundlich. Der eingezäunte Garten hat unserem Hund sehr gut gefallen. Nach dem Spaziergang noch ein paar Runden rennen. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage im Park und wir waren schnell am Strand. Wir werden das Haus weiter empfehlen. Super!

Traumhafte Ferien in Julianadorp
Wir sind gerade frisch erholt aus dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus der Familie Niedermayer zurück. Die Strandkoje ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und wie immer von Frau Niedermayer liebevoll und detailverliebt dekoriert und eingerichtet. Besonders Highlight bei diesen sommerlichen Temperaturen war die Terasse mit den hochwertigen Möbeln und der Markise, die wir wirklich gebraucht haben. Unser Hund war begeistert von den Leckerlie zur Begrüßung, den großen Näpfen und dem eingezäunten Garten. Diesmal konnte auch der deutschsprachige Verwalter Herr Hekkert sein Können unter Beweis stellen, da der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft war: Wir haben ihn morgens informiert und mittags hatte er bereits die Verstopfung selber behoben, super Service! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!
Julianadorp selber ist herrlich unaufgeregt im Vergleich zu anderen quirligeren Ferienorten, es gibt einige leckere lokale Restaurants, in denen auch viele Einheimische zu finden sind und der Strand ist ein Traum für Hunde, die dort immer und überall erlaubt sind und auch viel Platz haben.
