Location and surroundings of object

The chalet is located in the Rhederlaagse Meren holiday park, just a few kilometers past the German border. The park includes not only a large private fishing pond but also a large lake with its own beach that has a direct inflow from the IJssel. The park offers various recreational activities such as swimming pools and activity rooms for both young and old, blacklight mini-golf, and a small shop where fresh bread rolls are available daily.

Beautiful relaxed vacation

Very nice little house with a beautiful terrace and everything you need, good location for walks with the dog, communication went well, clean... we really liked it and if there are sun loungers or deck chairs next time, we would be happy to come back?

Very nice accommodation, good communication with the landlord.

Beautiful house with satisfactory inventory. Everything very well maintained and clean. Beds absolutely okay. Kitchen utensils sufficiently available. Sauna (not used). The only small downside/improvement suggestion would be Wi-Fi (which is not absolutely necessary on vacation, but is good to have from time to time) as well as a grill on the terrace. Otherwise, everything is really absolutely fine and good.

Perfect for a weekend!

We booked the holiday home for a weekend, and it was a perfect break for us. Communication with the landlord was very easy and hassle-free, the facilities were very good, and it was very clean as well! The garden was completely fenced, which was important for our Beagle, and he didn't find any loopholes. We had nothing to complain about and had a perfect weekend!

Clear recommendation!

We spontaneously spent an extended weekend here and had a wonderful time. The accommodations leave nothing to be desired, the garden is perfect for children and dogs, and the pond with the koi is a highlight for the kids. We were lucky with perfect weather and were able to use the outdoor pool or the bathing beach daily. Food, playgrounds, and glow golf, etc. leave nothing to be desired.
We say thank you and will definitely be back :)

Relaxed holiday days over Christmas

I spent Christmas with my two dogs in the vacation house RT12-4. A cozy little house, quiet and relaxing. The vacation house is very well equipped. Everything you need is there. Communication with M. Kaufmann was very pleasant and super fast.
An absolute plus is the small sauna in the house.
The vacation park could be better signposted. When you arrive in the dark in the evening, it is difficult to find the vacation house, despite the map. But that is certainly the responsibility of the vacation park.

Friends vacation together.

Very clean house despite pets being allowed. It is spacious and well suited for 4 adults. The equipment is very good, with the small sauna making it also suitable for a longer stay. You can have a good breakfast on the terrace and have a view of the small pond and adjacent properties. It is very cozy and I will definitely come back.

Short vacation

The property has everything necessary for a vacation. It is not a hotel.
Unfortunately, we could only book 2 nights because it was not possible for professional reasons. We would have liked to stay longer and it is possible that we will come back.
The previous communication with the landlord was very nice.
The place and the property itself are very clean.
The highlight is the private sauna.
I will definitely recommend it.

Cozy weekend

Highly recommended for a cozy weekend. The only thing that struck us was that it cools down quickly and is a bit noisy, but it was okay for our short stay.

Otherwise, it is very lovingly furnished and the sauna is a great plus for us. The layout with shower and sauna and a separate toilet is really well done.

We were 4 adults and 2 small dogs. We found the beds a bit small for adults, but everyone perceives it differently, and for the short stay, it was completely fine. Everything was super clean and everything necessary was available (dishes, etc).

It was perfect for a short break.

The contact with the landlord went very well and uncomplicated.

Nice, cozy holiday home

We spent a few days in the vacation house with our dog. The house is furnished with attention to detail and of very high quality. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. Mr. Kaufmann was very helpful before our arrival and answered all questions quickly, even during our stay.

We would love to come back!

The only downside, which the landlord is not responsible for, is that there is no free WiFi included. It has to be purchased through the park. Unfortunately, the connection was also rather poor for us. But for a few days, that was not a problem.
