Welcome to the beautiful Villa Sun Istria located in Višnjan. This spacious villa with an area of 260 square meters can accommodate up to 8 guests in its four rooms. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms while two rooms share one spacious bathroom. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor of the house.
The villa is equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. Enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony or relax on the spacious terrace with a barbecue. For those who like to be active, there is also a fitness room, and after exercising you can refresh yourself in our swimming pool.
Inside the villa, air conditioning will ensure you are always comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Also, in our villa you can find a TV, a washing machine and a clothes dryer, an iron and a hair dryer. For our youngest guests, a cot and a high chair are available.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, SMART TVs (NETFLIX in the living room), and a free parking space is provided for your vehicle. Our villa is intended for non-smokers only, and long-term rental is possible.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful greenery and has a view of the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Inside the villa you can find a billiards room for entertainment, and in the kitchen there is a dining table surrounded by windows that offer a beautiful view. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modernly equipped.
