In the evergreen Istria, surrounded by picturesque vineyards and Mediterranean olive groves, this charming holiday home for six plus two people. Comfortably furnished, in an airy, light ambience, you will find peace, relaxation and everything the vacationer's heart desires. The villa "Villa Dunja" was completed in the spring of 2017 and offers on the ground floor an open living area on two levels, with salon, a well-equipped, open kitchen with small bar, and an also open dining area with exit to a beautiful covered "dining terrace". From the living room, which is one level lower, you can also get out into the open, this time on the open "Relax Terrace" with a view of the pool and the beautiful, surrounding nature. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a guest toilet, and a small utility room with washing machine. The special finesse of the house lies in the unobtrusive opening to the outside. This means, you get from all rooms on one of the three house terraces to the outside. The concept is continued in the two bedrooms (also each with an en-suite bathroom) on the upper floor. From there you can directly reach a cozy "roof terrace" with stunning views across the country. Incidentally, the entire house is air-conditioned and additionally equipped with mosquito nets in the bedrooms.

The holiday house "Villa Dunja" is located on the outskirts of the small village of Lasici in a settlement consisting of a total of three holiday homes, as well as a private tennis court, only 15 minutes from the sea. It is an ideal starting point for excursions and activities of any kind, both in Tuscan-seeming inland, as well as on the quickly and easily accessible west coast of Istria. For dolce vita and idleness, the well-kept outdoor area with beautiful pool, pool terrace, a beautiful barbecue in the Istrian style grill, and the various house terraces offers the perfect setting. Whether bathing pleasure or a glass of wine at sunset, here it is wonderful to stay.

In Vino Veritas!
Particularly noteworthy is the walking distance of the neighboring wine maker Pilato who has been honored for years with awards for his well-meaning drops and still has wonderfully down to earth. A short and quite rewarding walk along the picturesque wine and olive fields leads directly to Lasici. Vina Pilato is right at the entrance to the village. It speaks English, Italian and a little German and can on request typical Istrian wines, as well as olive oil. A great opportunity for special holidays, as both the wine and the olives thrive around Lasici.
