Description
The stylishly renovated Villa Loki, which was built in 1910 and designed in 2017 and 2018 with great attention to detail by two young and talented architects.
In the two years the house is completely renovated and offers place for 8 persons and 2 children.
The house is located in the municipality of Vizinada, only 15 km from the most popular Croatian resort Porec. The famous Adriatic beaches are only a quarter of an hour drive away. You can reach two water parks in 20 minutes. The whole region offers enormous versatility, whether cycling along the great cycle paths, hiking or the sea, you have all this on your doorstep. Excursions in the Istrian hinterland or picturesque towns like Rovinj, Motovun, Porec, Novigrad are easy to reach from here.
Here you will find four extremely cosy double rooms, each with its own shower/WC. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen which combines tradition and new in one. The kitchen is connected to the billiards room and from the billiards room you enter the pool area. He'll spoil you in every way. The pool is heated and you can enjoy it readyas from April to October. The pool also has a massage shower, our lounge and chill out area which is right next to the pool invites you to stay all day or enjoy a glass of local wine with your family, guests or friends in the evening.
Two parking lots are available for you at the house and in the immediate vicinity is one of the most famous Istrian wineries. You as our guest, have included a wine tasting during your stay and are cordially invited.

Dream holiday in dream villa
We spent a dream holiday in Villa Loki. We wanted for nothing here. Everything has been thought of and the villa is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. Each room has its own bathroom
We spent our holiday there with two families (4 adults/6 children). The children had a great time in the pool, playing billiards or at the dartboard, while the adults could relax in the shady pavilion.
The landlord gave us a very friendly welcome on arrival and provided us with cold drinks. During our stay, he was always available with help and advice
We can only recommend Villa Loki and will certainly come again! THANK YOU!

Better than expected
An absolutely recommendable holiday accommodation. We were there with two families, four adults and four children.
The house is a bit further away from the action, but that's not a problem because you can quickly drive everywhere by car.
You can let off steam in the pool all day long.
Villa Loki is well equipped, everything is there from hairdryer to blender.
All four bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room is equipped with a pool table, darts, and TV.
The kitchen is also equipped with all the appliances you need for everyday life at home. Even baking utensils. ?
It is furnished in a very stylish way throughout.

Traumhaftes Haus - Perfekter Urlaub
Wir, zwei Famillien mit Kindern , haben im September 10 Wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Loki verbracht.
Die Villa ist apsolut ein Traum !!
Jedes Detail wurde sorgfältig gewählt, das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Alle Räume sind mit einer Klima ausgestattet.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine top Küche und der Billiardsaal. Jedes der 4 Doppelbettzimmern hat eigenes Bad mit WC.
Draussen befindet sich die Launge Zone mit einem grossen Pool der sogar beheitzt ist. Somit kann man den auch bei kühleren Tage geniessen was bei uns im September gerade der Fall war. Die Lage ist im Landesinerren , alles sehr ruhig, umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenplantagen. Mann ist aber innerhalb 15 minuten am Strand in Porec. In unmitelbarer Nähe vom Haus sind zwei tolle Winzer und wir haben uns dort mit Ölivenöl und Wein versorgt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Visnjan oder man fährt nach Porec wo alle Supermärkte wie Spar, Lidl, Kaufland usw zu finden sind. Vor Ort Betreung sowie telefonisch ist sensationel gewessen. Alles im allem, wir kommen bald wieder. Danke an das Villa Loki Team !

Very comfortable house with a large pool.
The villa is really beautiful. It is decorated very tastefully and practically. No expenses were spared in the construction or furnishing. The kitchen has brand-name appliances, the outdoor area is very nice, and everything worked perfectly. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and there were cold drinks in the refrigerator. The on-site service was very friendly and always gave us great tips for all of our concerns. Nearby there are restaurants that we still rave about today because the meals were delicious. The prices were all below what you would expect in Germany, but the quality was very, very good. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Villa Loki.
