What a fantastic stay! The cottage was impeccably maintained and the private pool was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Calpe. The location offered stunning views and was just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches. I highly recommend visiting the nearby salt flats!

I had a wonderful time! The rooms were comfortable, and having a barbecue was a nice bonus for our family dinners. We also visited Aqualandia, which was a hit with the kids. An excellent base for exploring the area.

We had a great stay in this holiday home in Calpe! The private pool was a fantastic feature, especially for the kids to splash around in while we relaxed on the terrace. The house itself was very well maintained, with a cozy living room that felt like home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals with fresh ingredients we had picked up from the local fish market in the harbor. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches and the iconic Peñón de Ifach. We loved the relaxed atmosphere in Calpe and will definitely be back!

I had such a great time in this holiday home in Calpe! The pool was a total lifesaver, especially after a day at the beach. The place was super clean and had everything we needed, like a full kitchen to prepare delicious dinners. Moreover, the location was quite relaxing, away from all the tourist noise, but close enough to the beach. We even saw some flamingos at the salt lakes nearby. I would definitely come back for another sunny getaway!

Clean and comfortable accommodation, The terrace was a good place for breakfast, and nearby attractions like the l'Algar Springs were easy to reach, Overall, it was a solid place to stay while we enjoyed the local sights.

We have been booking holiday homes for decades, but such a wreck was a complete novelty. The front door was rotten and could only be opened with a lot of patience. The shower had to be replaced at least 30 years ago as it was completely decayed. In the second bathroom, there was no cold water at the sink. The entrance to the shower by the pool was only about 175 cm high - this led to headaches several times. The only newer item in the kitchen was the refrigerator, and it was only partially usable as all the door compartments (bottles, small items, etc.) were removed. Mattresses in the bedroom were 10 cm shorter than the bed frames. The house was hard to find as the owner was obviously too stingy to put up the correct house number (instead of 4c, there was only a 67). There was no guest information at all (shopping options, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, just nothing). Traffic noise unbearable at night when a window was opened, but this was necessary as there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. This was only an excerpt from the list of deficiencies. All claims can be proven by photos. Never again this house and never again a booking with belvilla.

Spacious and well-furnished, our holiday home exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the little details, such as the indoor fireplace for cooler nights. A perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a quiet escape.

We had a very nice vacation. Everything is available in the house. Is nice and quiet. It is sometimes difficult to find a taxi. We were received by the caretaker who gave us the keys. He was very friendly and helpful. Definitely something to return to.

The accommodation was well located with easy access to local attractions, such as the Cova Tallada Park. The pool area was a great place to relax, although the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster. Overall, a pleasant stay.

It was pointed out that traffic was audible, but unfortunately this turned out to be unbearable car noise, with the window open in the bedroom (which was a must without air conditioning) from 6 a.m. unbearable, a shame because everything else was right,
