Casa Sonrisa is a beautiful villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that will be completely renewed at the end of 2021. The interior of the villa has been completely renewed. New colours, a new look and bathrooms that are fully adapted to today's wishes and requirements. The Spanish identity has been preserved.
Experience luxury at this villa in Benissa, which has a wonderful garden with a private swimming pool.
Everything you need from shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars on the beaches with crowd are in the nearby Calpe. There are Spanish restaurants in the harbour where great fish is served. La Fustera (1 km) and water sports (2 km) gives plenty of fun for all. You can also try the golf course at 1 km. Tennis can be enjoyed in 10 km. Supermarket and food are at 1.5 km.
Heating and the fireplace in the living room give sufficient warmth. You can lounge in the veranda or hall or relax outside on the terrace. Children have a playpen and a cot and high chair to make them feel at home and insect screens are provided to keep the bugs away. Parking space is available here.

We stayed 6 nights with our 3 year old daughter. The house and garden are beautiful, the pool was cold but our daughter didn't care. Near a nice beach with a beach bar where we also had a bite to eat. The only drawback were the tiger mosquitoes that were frequently present after a period of heavy rainfall. But that was just a bit of bad luck. On the evening of arrival there were problems with the electricity, also due to the rainfall, but that was taken care of quickly and well. The owners are easily accessible and helpful. A few minutes' drive away there was a large supermarket where we put together delicious meals. What I did regret was that the dishwasher was broken, if you come with a large group, I would personally find this very annoying. I really don't like washing dishes ;-). But in general highly recommended!!
