Balcony side with direct location at the small harbour.
Across the road is the very nice Carmanso mini golf course. The beach is approx. 900m away, the go-kart track approx. 1200m.
In the village are: various sport offers, 5 supermarkets. Various restaurants are within walking distance.
This non-smoking flat (No. 10) with its own parking space (No.10) for 2/3 persons is located on the 2nd floor of a small residence
of a small residence and was completely renovated in 2018. It consists of one bedroom, 1 bathroom with hairdryer
and walk-in shower, balcony - with view to the small harbour, 1 fully equipped kitchen with
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave/oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, TV with Sat (German channels)
and in the living room there is a sofa bed.
Dog 50€ surcharge, allowed.
A boat mooring 8m x 3m is located in front of the house and can be rented as well.

Rental conditions
To make a reservation, send us an e-mail with the desired period, your name, address, identity card number and telephone number. We will then contact you.
The booking is only valid after payment of a deposit of 30% of the rental price, which I will send you by e-mail.
The balance must be paid by bank transfer 15 days before the arrival date or in cash when you receive the keys.
The rentals can only be occupied by the maximum number of persons indicated. The owner will deny access to the flat to the excess persons, or arrange it by arrangement!
Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be requested at the time of booking. Bed linen and towels cost 20 euros once for the duration of the booking.
The price for cleaning before your departure is 60 euros.
The deposit (250€) must be paid in cash against a receipt when the keys are handed over!
The deposit of €250, for any damage, will be refunded in cash after the keys have been handed over.
In high season, arrival is on Saturdays or Sundays from 16:00 and departure should always be before 10:00 of the day agreed in the contract

In low season there is more flexibility for the time and day of arrival and departure.

Location and surroundings of object
Empuriabrava: Catalonia's largest marina, canals & beaches, nice restaurants in all price categories, 2 go-kart tracks on the outskirts of town, Aldi, Liedl, 2x Montserats, Mercadona, jet ski rental and boat rental, large shipyard, doctors for humans and animals, every Saturday a very nice market on the beach with children's playground, skater track, water bouncy castle only in season as well as lifeguards.
A very well-maintained and hugely long beautiful beach that is never overcrowded.
For boaters, it is very interesting that there is also Sea Help and many beautiful bays to relax.
