Our lovingly and very high quality furnished holiday home offers space for 6 adults and 1 small child
On the light-flooded ground floor with living and dining area, fireplace and the open, fully equipped kitchen, there is a bedroom with a modern bathroom with a sauna and a splash shower.
Another spacious bathroom is on the upper floor. In addition, there is a large room that can also be used as a family room;
furnished with a double bed, cot, changing table and sofa bed. There is also another room with a double bed.
As we attach great importance to a good night's sleep, we have chosen very high-quality mattresses.
On the property (approx. 740sqm), next to the sun terrace, there is an additional terrace area with a year-round heated outdoor whirlpool.
The terrace is equipped with a large garden table, 6 garden chairs and a high-quality parasol.
A beach chair, handcart, electric barbecue and 2 sun loungers are also available.
In the living area there is a TV, a radio, a stereo system and a DVD player.

Location and surroundings of object
The Gothensee nature reserve begins only a few minutes' walk from "Himmel und Meer". Here there are very good opportunities for hiking and bird watching, especially in autumn and spring.
The hinterland impresses with distinctive forest areas, meadow landscapes and moorland, which invite you to extensive cycling.
The holiday home is located a little away from the hustle and bustle in a small reed settlement.
The beach is about 800m away.
The Baltic Sea island of Usedom is located in the north-east of Germany in the Pomeranian Bay and is the sunniest spot in Germany.

| he rental price includes all costs except for electricity. Electricity consumption is calculated according to consumption for the duration of the rental period and is charged separately at € 0.40 per KWh. Experience shows that the electricity costs are between 25-35€ per week. We charge a deposit of 150,00 € per week. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental period minus the electricity costs. For each guest we provide a linen package consisting of bed linen, towels for 10,00 €. You can also bring your own bed linen. For a sauna towel we charge 4,00 € For bringing a dog we charge an additional 10,00 € per day. Cats are not allowed. |
