Description
This large luxurious and stylish 12-person villa is surrounded by water on three sides and is just a stone's throw away from Heeg Centrum and the Heegermeer. The large 3000m2 surrounding garden makes you feel at one with the Frisian landscape. start in the morning with a refreshing dip, and in the evening enjoy a BBQ or the open air in the hot tub. Sailing, surfing, supping, you can do it all from your own terrace. It's great fun in this new villa.
THE SPACE
The villa has 6 bedrooms with 5 king-size beds and one with a double bed. There are 4 bathrooms, one of which has a bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, two fridges (including freezer). The house has Sonos music systems, and there is a fireplace in both the dining room and the living room. The villa has a large garden with a gas and coal BBQ, hockey/soccer field, beach, trampoline, swing, table tennis table, and a wood-fired hot tub. In addition, guests have access to 3 canoes, a kayak, and 4 supps. There is a washing machine and 2 dryers. From the jetty you can splash into the water and take a (hot) shower outside.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire villa with several outdoor terraces is at your disposal. Guests can park on private enclosed grounds. The local host will welcome you.
OTHER MATTERS
Given the luxurious look of et house, this accommodation is not rented to youth groups or similar groups. Organising student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties are not allowed in this villa.

Outstanding
We stayed there with a group of friends over New Year's Eve, and it was simply fantastic. We gave it 4 stars for value for money because unfortunately, in winter, we couldn't use the available boats and generally stayed inside more. In the summer, we would give it a full 5 stars because the range of activities indoors and outdoors is excellent. We would love to come back!
