Even upon entering the house, the spacious living area with its high ceilings and large windows opens up to the turquoise-blue pool and the wide canal.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a place for shared moments – whether at breakfast with fragrant coffee from the coffee or Nespresso machine, or while cooking a delicious dinner. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an open design leave nothing to be desired. The elegant dining area creates the perfect setting for a candlelit dinner with a view of the water.
Four tastefully furnished bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for up to eight guests. In the two master suites with king-size beds, you will wake up to a dreamlike view of the canal. The other bedrooms with queen-size beds are lovingly decorated and create a feel-good atmosphere – ideal for families or friends traveling together. Three modern bathrooms – one of them with a bathtub – provide an exclusive wellness experience.
But the heart of the villa is without a doubt the spacious outdoor area. Here, sun, water, and joie de vivre merge into an unforgettable vacation experience. Comfortable sun loungers and lounge furniture invite you to enjoy the day in complete relaxation – with a book in hand or a cool drink in the shade of the palm trees. The (heatable) pool provides refreshing cooling, and the evening can be relaxed in the whirlpool.
In the covered outdoor kitchen with grill, you can prepare delicious barbecues while the sun slowly sets. The scent of grilled food, the cozy fire pit, and the gentle splashing of the water create an atmosphere you will never forget.
The location of Villa Escape combines tranquility and accessibility in an ideal way. The house is located in a well-kept residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral, quiet yet central. Shopping facilities, cafés, and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes, as well as the popular Yacht Club Beach or the family-friendly Sun Splash Waterpark. The gorgeous beaches of Sanibel Island and Captiva Island are only a boat ride away – a paradise for sun worshippers. Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water. Here, in the heart of Cape Coral, you can experience the pure Florida feeling – stylish, relaxed, and unforgettable.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, to visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You can find the boats to choose from directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.
