Welcome to "Pier 85", your perfect retreat. Quietly located and close to the city on the waterfront, this beautiful house on two floors with its high-quality equipment offers plenty of space and opportunities to relax and feel good. Indulge yourself in the sauna with shower and whirlpool while relaxing in the recliners. In the evening, be enchanted by the fireplace as you dangle your soul. Soak up the sun on the furnished wooden terrace in the garden, laze on the house's private beach or take a boat trip on your own boat on the Vechte river. The possibilities are endless.
The house is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, with many loving details that will make your stay unforgettable. There are two cosy bedrooms, a bright living room with integrated dining area and a well-equipped, spacious kitchen. Upstairs, in addition to the bedrooms and the guest toilet, there is an open gallery with a sofa bed inviting you to relax. From there, you have great views of the garden and water.
An additional bathroom/toilet and a technical room with washing machine and dryer provide extra comfort. The wifi is of course available to you free of charge.
The location of the house is another plus: Pier 84 and Pier 85 are the only two houses in the Seepark that have their own small private beach, where you can enter the water via a small floating jetty. Their own boat is at your disposal for free during your stay. The house is located in a turning area, so you do not have to fear through traffic. The quiet location close to the city by the water offers the perfect combination of relaxation and city life. Nearby, there are numerous possibilities for activities and excursions. The Vechtesee with many other water sports possibilities is nearby. The well-known outdoor swimming pool "Delfinoh" and the children's play paradise "Krockie" are also nearby.

Location and surroundings of object
Nordhorn is a city in Lower Saxony and is also known as the "water city". The city takes its name from the river Vechte, which flows through the city and feeds many canals and canals. These waterways characterise the cityscape and make Nordhorn a popular destination for cycling and boating tours. Nordhorn's city centre lies on an island and is surrounded by water. There are many places of interest, such as the town museum with three locations, the shipping museum and much more. It is especially nice to cycle or walk directly along the water on the many cycle paths and hiking trails.
Our house "Pier 85" is quiet but centrally located. Beautifully situated on the edge of the Nordhorn lake park, this exceptionally luxurious holiday home is not far from the great city centre of Nordhorn. The convenient location allows you to enjoy great day trips even to the Netherlands, which is only 5 kilometres away.
