Welcome to Haus Nordwald, a place that is more than just accommodation - it's a home away from home. This splendid house, which is quiet yet close to the waterfront, offers you plenty of space to relax and feel good on two floors with its first-class facilities.
Here you can escape from everyday life - enjoy soothing sauna sessions, relax in the whirlpool or be enchanted by the crackling open fire in the evening. Whether you are soaking up the sun on the furnished wooden terrace, lazing in the lovingly landscaped garden area or taking a boat trip on the Vechte - the possibilities for organising your holiday according to your wishes are endless.
The house is furnished with great attention to detail and offers two cosy bedrooms, a bright living area with integrated dining area and a spacious, well-equipped kitchenette. On the upper floor, an open gallery with a sofa bed invites you to relax and offers a wonderful view of the garden and the water.
An additional WC and a utility room with washer-dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes horse provide further comfort. Of course, the W-Lan is available to you free of charge.
The quiet location of the house close to the city centre on the waterfront offers the perfect balance between relaxation and city life. There are numerous opportunities for activities and excursions in the surrounding area. The Vechtesee lake with many other water sports facilities is just a stone's throw away. The famous Delfinoh open-air swimming pool and the Krockie children's play paradise are also just around the corner.

Location and surroundings of object
Nordhorn is a city in Lower Saxony and is also known as the "water city". The city takes its name from the River Vechte, which flows through the city and feeds many canals and canals. These waterways characterise the cityscape and make Nordhorn a popular destination for cycling and boat tours. The city centre of Nordhorn lies on an island and is surrounded by water. There are many sights such as the city museum with three locations, the shipping museum and much more. It is particularly nice to cycle or walk along the many cycle and hiking trails right by the water.
Our house "Haus Nordwald" is in a quiet yet central location. This exceptionally luxurious holiday home is beautifully situated on the edge of the Nordhorn lakeside park, not far from the great city centre of Nordhorn. The convenient location allows you to enjoy great day trips to the Netherlands, which is only 5 kilometres away.
