Welcome to "Pier 84", your home away from home. This beautiful house, quietly located and close to the city on the waterfront, offers plenty of space and opportunities to relax and feel good on two floors with its high-quality furnishings. Let your soul dangle - enjoy nice sauna sessions and relax in the whirlpool. In the evening, let yourself be enchanted by the open fire while you unwind. Sunbathe on the furnished wooden terrace in the garden, laze on the in-house beach area or take a boat trip with the in-house boat on the Vechte. No matter what you choose - you have endless possibilities to spend your holiday the way you want.
The interior of the house is tasteful and thoughtful, with many lovely details that will make your stay unforgettable. There are two cosy bedrooms, a bright living area with integrated dining corner and a well-equipped, spacious kitchen area. Upstairs, next to the bedrooms and the guest toilet, there is an open gallery with a sofa bed that invites you to relax. From there you have a wonderful view of the garden and the water.
Additional comfort is provided by an additional bathroom/WC and a technical room with washing machine and dryer. The W-Lan is of course available to you free of charge.
The location of the house is another plus point: Pier 84 and 85 are the only two houses in the Seepark with their own small private beach, which you can access via a small floating jetty. The house's own boat is available to you free of charge during your stay. The house is located in a turning area, so you don't have to fear any through traffic. The quiet location near the water offers the perfect combination of relaxation and city life. There are numerous opportunities for activities and excursions in the surrounding area. The Vechtesee lake with many other water sports possibilities is located in the immediate vicinity. The well-known outdoor swimming pool "Delfinoh" as well as the children's play paradise "Krockie" are also just around the corner.

Location and surroundings of object
Nordhorn is a city in Lower Saxony and is also known as the "water city". The city takes its name from the river Vechte, which flows through the city and feeds many canals and canals. These waterways characterise the cityscape and make Nordhorn a popular destination for cycling and boating tours. Nordhorn's city centre lies on an island and is surrounded by water. There are many places of interest, such as the town museum with three locations, the shipping museum and much more. It is especially nice to cycle or walk directly along the water on the many cycle and hiking paths.
Our house "Pier 84" is quiet but centrally located. Beautifully situated on the edge of the Nordhorn lake park, this exceptionally luxurious holiday home is not far from the great city centre of Nordhorn. The convenient location allows you to enjoy great day trips even to the Netherlands, which is only 5 kilometres away.
