Villa Aria is a modern and elegant villa located just 50 meters from the sea in the quiet town of Klimno on the island of Krk. The pebble beach is about 50 meters from the house, and in the center of Klimno, guests also have access to a well-maintained public (municipal) beach. There is also a beach in the town where dogs are allowed. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a landscaped outdoor area for fitness exercises (fitness trail), and in the town center there is a children's playground.

The villa has a heated pool (heated pool ≠ heated jacuzzi; the maximum water temperature is 26–28 °C) as well as underfloor heating and is therefore also ideally suited for stays in cooler months such as early spring and late autumn. On 220 m² of living space, spread over two floors (ground floor and upper floor), the villa offers spaciousness, comfort, and modern design. The entrance leads through a spacious hallway into the central, open-plan living area, which combines a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The bright room with large sliding glass doors allows direct access to the pool terrace and offers a beautiful sea view.

The village of Klimno, where Villa Aria is located, is a quiet coastal village on the eastern side of the island of Krk. Klimno is known for its crystal-clear sea, small bays, and beautiful beaches that invite you to relax and explore nature. Nearby, there are also healing mud sites, which are known for their therapeutic properties and are very popular with visitors. The island of Krk offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling tours, and exploring local restaurants, where you can try fresh fish and traditional dishes.

Although Villa Aria is part of a semi-detached house, it is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and the feeling of a standalone home.
