Description
This exceptional location provides a perfect retreat for a peaceful vacation, as the villa is surrounded by nature and offers a magnificent sea view. The villa is equipped with a heated pool and underfloor heating, making it habitable even in cooler months such as spring and autumn.
The villa has 220 square meters of living space spread over two floors - ground floor and first floor. The entrance of the villa leads through a spacious hallway into the central living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. This room is bright and flooded with light, with large glass sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool and offer a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, a range hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and all necessary utensils for preparing and serving meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large 65-inch TV with satellite programs. On the ground floor, there is also the first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. The bedroom is spacious and comfortably furnished with a double bed, a television, a wardrobe, and a desk, which also allows guests who need a workspace to have a pleasant stay. From the hallway, there is access to a separate toilet for all guests. On the first floor of the villa, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring the highest comfort and privacy. The bedrooms are equipped with large double beds, televisions, spacious wardrobes, and work areas. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. Two of these bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with a cozy lounge seating area, from which one can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Bay of Soline.
All rooms in Villa Diva are air-conditioned, and the villa has a wireless Wi-Fi connection. Fresh towels and linens are provided to ensure comfort and a carefree stay for guests.

Klimno is known for its crystal-clear sea, small coves, and beautiful beaches, inviting relaxation and exploration of nature. Nearby, there are also healing mud sites, known for their therapeutic properties and very popular with visitors. The island of Krk offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and exploring local restaurants where you can try fresh fish and traditional dishes.

In the outdoor area of the villa, you will find a heated pool with eight sun loungers and a cozy sitting area, offering a pleasant spot for relaxation in the fresh air. There is also a gas grill for those who enjoy outdoor grilling. In front of the villa, there is a spacious parking area that accommodates up to four cars. The parking area also leads to a practical storage room with a washing machine, which is available exclusively for the guests of the villa. Although Villa Diva is part of a semi-detached house, it is completely fenced in, ensuring privacy and the feeling of an independent house.

Vacation, just as one wishes?
The Villa Diva matched the detailed description perfectly and left no wishes unfulfilled. We were there with two families, six adults and two teenagers. The assignment of one bathroom to each double room ensured that privacy was guaranteed even with this large number of participants, and the high-quality furnishings and location truly thrilled us.
It was a wonderfully beautiful vacation that we would repeat anytime at Villa Diva. The place Klimno is not overrun by tourists, making it a very restful and relaxed vacation. The beach is reachable on foot in 1 minute, and two restaurants, a grocery market, and a bakery are also within a few minutes' walk. Tourist highlights can be easily reached by car in about 20-30 minutes. There is also the possibility to rent a boat in Klimno, so a day's boat trip brought a wonderful change as well. The hosts were personally on site upon arrival as well as in the morning at departure and advised us during our stay with tips and assistance (restaurant, boat, shopping). A deposit did not have to be provided; it was an all-around successful and perfect vacation. Thank you very much for that and all the best to you.
