Villa Diva is a modern and elegant villa located just 50 meters from the sea in the quiet town of Klimno on the island of Krk. The pebble beach is about 50 meters from the house, and in the center of Klimno guests also have access to a beautifully maintained public (municipal) beach. There is also a beach in the town where dogs are allowed. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a landscaped outdoor area for fitness exercises (fitness trail), and in the town center there is a children's playground.
The villa has a heated pool (heated pool ≠ heated jacuzzi; the maximum water temperature is 26–28 °C) as well as underfloor heating and is therefore also ideally suited for stays in cooler months such as early spring and late autumn. On 220 m² of living space, spread over two floors (ground floor and upper floor), the villa offers spaciousness, comfort, and modern design. The entrance leads through a spacious hallway into the central, open-plan living area, which combines a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The bright room with large sliding glass doors allows direct access to the pool terrace and offers a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need for preparing and serving meals: induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, as well as complete kitchen inventory. The living room offers a comfortable seating set and a large 65-inch television with satellite channels. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer). The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a television, a wardrobe, and a desk, which is especially convenient for guests who need a workspace. A separate guest toilet is also accessible from the hallway. A washing machine is available in the house, reserved exclusively for guests of the villa. On the upper floor there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer), ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with large double beds, televisions, spacious wardrobes, and work areas. Two bedrooms have access to a generous terrace with lounge area and magnificent sea views.
All rooms of Villa Diva are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is also available to guests. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided.

The village of Klimno, where Villa Diva is located, is a quiet coastal village on the eastern side of the island of Krk. Klimno is known for its crystal-clear sea, small coves, and beautiful beaches, inviting relaxation and exploration of nature. Nearby, there are also healing mud sites, known for their therapeutic properties and very popular with visitors. The island of Krk offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and exploring local restaurants where you can try fresh fish and traditional dishes.

The outdoor area of the villa includes a heated pool, eight sun loungers, as well as a cozy seating area for relaxing. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. In front of the villa there are private parking spaces for up to three cars. Although Villa Diva is part of a semi-detached house, it is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and the feeling of a standalone home.

Vacation, just as one wishes?
The Villa Diva matched the detailed description perfectly and left no wishes unfulfilled. We were there with two families, six adults and two teenagers. The assignment of one bathroom to each double room ensured that privacy was guaranteed even with this large number of participants, and the high-quality furnishings and location truly thrilled us.
It was a wonderfully beautiful vacation that we would repeat anytime at Villa Diva. The place Klimno is not overrun by tourists, making it a very restful and relaxed vacation. The beach is reachable on foot in 1 minute, and two restaurants, a grocery market, and a bakery are also within a few minutes' walk. Tourist highlights can be easily reached by car in about 20-30 minutes. There is also the possibility to rent a boat in Klimno, so a day's boat trip brought a wonderful change as well. The hosts were personally on site upon arrival as well as in the morning at departure and advised us during our stay with tips and assistance (restaurant, boat, shopping). A deposit did not have to be provided; it was an all-around successful and perfect vacation. Thank you very much for that and all the best to you.
