Although part of a semi-detached house, Villa Dama offers complete discretion and tranquility – perfect for individuals, couples, or families.
Upon arrival, a spacious private parking area with space for three cars awaits you. From here, you can reach the stylishly designed terrace, which is equipped with a heated pool, an outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers, and a dining table for eight people under a modern, adjustable awning. The awning can be fully opened or closed as needed, allowing you to enjoy either shade or sun. A Weber grill is also available, ideal for preparing barbecue dishes. The entire outdoor area of the villa is fenced, thus ensuring complete privacy and tranquility during your stay.
The interior of Villa Dama extends over two floors: the ground floor and the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a spacious communal area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop with integrated extraction, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher. A special wine cooler is also available, perfect for wine lovers. The large dining table seats eight people and offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea through large panoramic windows. In the living room, you will find a comfortable leather sofa that can be converted into an additional bed for two people, as well as a large 65-inch satellite TV. From here, you have direct access to the terrace and the pool area. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and its own TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
An elegantly lit staircase leads upstairs, where there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom faces the sea and has access to a private terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for morning coffee overlooking the Bay of Soline. This room features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a TV, a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are also equipped with king-size beds (180x200 cm) and TVs, providing comfort for larger families or groups. The communal bathroom on the upper floor is spacious and features two sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine – convenient for longer stays.

Modern house with great amenities, private pool, and close to the beach.
We booked this house as a group of friends. The handling and on-site support were very competent, helpful, and friendly. The villa is very modern and top-equipped. There was nothing missing in the kitchen; there were enough cooking utensils and dishes for 8 people. The rooms are super nice, and there is air conditioning in every room. The pool on the terrace is of course great, and there was a sunbed with cushions for everyone. The beach is perhaps 50 meters away on foot, you can get there in a minute - a nice little bay with an islet in front that you can swim to. As is often the case in Croatia, it is a pebble beach, so water shoes are an advantage.
We also liked the place Klimno. A small, quiet place with a supermarket, a bakery, two restaurants, and a café/bar. However, those who prefer action or parties are out of place here. The place is well suited as a starting point to explore the island. In half an hour, one is already in Krk, which is located on the other side.
Overall, we were very satisfied!

The house is beautiful and super modern. The location to the sea is fantastic. Mr Dusan the owner is incredibly friendly and very helpful. There is nothing at all to complain about. We will be happy to come back.
