Description
Villa Dama is a completely new, modern villa only 50 meters from sea, located in the small picturesque village Klimno on Island Krk. It can accommodate up to 8 people. From the Villa you will have a beautiful sea view on Soline bay. Villa is comfortably furnished and has high-end appliances. Rooms are spacious, with a lot of sunlight. If you like to travel in the spring or late in the fall, this villa is a perfect choice for you, as it has floor heating and a heated pool. Modern architecture of the villa is not just the sign that your privacy is guaranteed but also provides a sense of exclusivity, even though Villa Dama is a twin house.
You will enter the house from the parking lot for 3 cars. Following the stairs, you will come to a spacious terrace with heated swimming pool and terrace with sitting area, grill and outdoor shower. By the pool comfortable sun chairs are prepared for you to soak up the sun. Sitting area is prepared for eight people. Special feature of the terrace is the terrace roof, which can be regulated – you can leave it completely open or closed. If you like to grill, Weber grill is at your disposal. Whole terrace is fenced, so your privacy is guaranteed.
Villa spreads over two floors. Wide and spacious living area on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with top end appliances such as an induction cooker with integrated hood, freezer, fridge, stove, coffee machine, water heater, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen ware. At your disposal is also a special vine refrigerator. In the living area, a comfortable dining area for eight people is waiting for you to enjoy your meals. In the living area, a large, leather sofa is waiting for you to relax in front of a 65'' flat screen TV, equipped with satellite programmes. From the living area you can access the outside terrace and pool. On the ground floor you can also find one bedroom with a king size bed (180x200 cm) and bathroom with shower.
Stairs will lead you to the first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main bedroom is faced to the front of the house, from where you will have a beautiful sea view from the upper terrace. Master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed (180x200 cm), flat screen TV, work space area and also has an En-suite bathroom with shower. Two additional bedrooms situated on the first floor are also equipped with a king sized bed (180x200 cm) and flat screen TV. Guests can use the bathroom with access from the hall, which is equipped with two sinks, shower, bath tub, fohn and washing machine. All bedrooms in the house will be prepared for you at your arrival; towels are also at your disposal.

This is enough to talk about the purity and quality of the sea and the quality of the additional services. The beaches are pebbly and rocky with sunbathing areas where you can enjoy the whole day. The island of Krk is a paradise for walkers and cyclists. Take 300 km long, easier or more demanding hiking trails. Take the Krk bypass, which connects all the hiking trails, and explore all the places on the island on foot. The most attractive cycling route stretches from Malinska through Krk to the entrance to Punat. Lovers of mountain biking can go in search of the church of St. Krševan, which is completely isolated in the middle of the forest. Villa Dama is a completely air conditioned villa with an integrated air conditioning unit, which is used also for ventilation of the house, so you will always breathe fresh air when you are inside. Windows can be fully closed with blinds. Special features of the house are lights, so beautiful ambient lights are mounted in every corner of the Villa. Wi-Fi connection is available everywhere on the premises. From the private parking lot in front of the house you can access a handy cellar, where you can store your sports equipment.

The house is beautiful and super modern. The location to the sea is fantastic. Mr Dusan the owner is incredibly friendly and very helpful. There is nothing at all to complain about. We will be happy to come back.
