Villa Aria is a completely new, modern villa only 50 meters from sea, located in the small picturesque village Klimno on Island Krk. It can accommodate up to 8 people. From the Villa you will have a beautiful sea view on Soline bay. Villa is comfortably furnished, spacious, with a lot of sunlight. It is equipped with floor heating and heated pool, which makes it a perfect choice for spring and fall holidays.
Villa Aria spreads over 220m2, covering ground floor and first floor. When you enter the villa, you will come into a spacious hall, leading to a common space with a kitchen, dining area and living room. From the hall you can access one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and guest WC. Common space is spacious and bright, facing towards the pool area and the sea. In the kitchen you will find everything you might need to prepare delicious meals: induction cooker, hood, freezer, fridge, stove, coffee machine, water heater, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all necessary kitchen ware. In the living area a comfortable dining area for eight people is prepared. In the living area, a sofa is waiting for you to relax in front of a 65'' flat screen TV, equipped with satellite programmes. Bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a king sized bed (180x200 cm), TV, spacious closet and work area. Attached to the bedroom is a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. On the ground floor is also a handy toilet for all guests of the house.
On the first floor three bedrooms with their own bathrooms are prepared for you. All three are furnished with king sized beds (180x200 cm), TV, spacious closed and work area. Every bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. Two bedrooms also have access to a beautiful terrace, equipped with a launch sitting area, from where you can see the sea and admire beautiful sunsets. All rooms in Villa Aria are air conditioned and have complete WLAN coverage. Towels and all bed linen are available in the villa.
By the pool eight sun chairs and a comfortable lounge sofa are waiting for you to enjoy the sun. If you like to grill, a gas grill is at your disposal. In front of the house there is a large parking space for four cars. A charging station for an electric car is at your disposal. From the parking lot you can also access a handy storage room with washing machine, which is used only by guests of Villa Aria. Even though Villa is a Semi-Detached house, you will have a feeling of living in a standalone house. Outside of the house is completely fenced, so your privacy is guaranteed.
