On the ground floor, there is an open living area that combines a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
