This exceptional location offers a perfect retreat for a peaceful vacation, as the villa is surrounded by nature and offers a magnificent sea view. The villa is equipped with a heated pool and underfloor heating, making it habitable even during the cooler months like spring and autumn.
The villa has a living area of 220 square meters, spread over two floors – ground floor and first floor. The entrance to the villa leads through a spacious hallway into the central living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. This room is bright and flooded with light, with large glass sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool and offer a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, a vent hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee machine, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and all necessary utensils for preparing and serving meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large 65-inch TV with satellite programs. The ground floor also houses the first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. The bedroom is spacious and comfortably furnished with a double bed, a television, a wardrobe, and a desk, which also allows guests who need a workspace to have a pleasant stay. From the hallway, there is access to a separate toilet for all guests. On the first floor of the villa, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The bedrooms are equipped with large double beds, televisions, spacious wardrobes, and work areas. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer. Two of these bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with a cozy lounge seating area, from which one has a breathtaking view of the Bay of Soline.

Although the Manhattan Villa is part of a duplex, it is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and the feeling of an independent house.
