Centrally and quietly located holiday home for 4 people directly on the canal with boat mooring 12 m, garden, internet (W-Lan), sun loungers and barbecue, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 terrace areas, conservatory, 2 x car parking spaces.

Casa Ter is divided as follows:
Large living and dining room with open kitchen, air conditioning, SAT-TV with large flat screen, access to the terrace on the canal and to the winter garden. Dining area with table and chairs. 2 x 3-seater leather sofa. Windows with fly screens.

The kitchen with dining counter open to the living room - is fully equipped : ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee pad machine and filter coffee machine.

1 bedroom with double bed (2 single mattresses), air conditioning, flyscreen, wardrobe and mirrored chest of drawers.
1 bedroom with double bed (approx. 160 cm), also with window with fly screens and separate dressing room.

1 large bathroom with shower, WC and double washbasin - window with fly screen.
There is also a washing machine.

At the front of the house is a large terrace, barbecue, table and chairs, and lovely garden area - ideal for children to play.

To the canal side is a large conservatory also with table and chairs overlooking the canal.
Sun loungers are available in the garden on the canal side.
The house's own boat mooring measures 12.5 m.
There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway area within the enclosed property.
The house has its own internet connection (W-Lan).
